It suppose to be low in fat, It has too much of it.

I used to buy this cheese a lot but they should talk to their supplier and tell them that the quality of the cheese has gone down

This is the worst panela it does not taste anything like traditional queso panela it really feels like plastic and tasteless will not purchase again I don’t recommend it

My favorite for many years! So mad it is not available now.
