Customers, good to eat plain or with a piece of bread. Not for salads or cooking. Does not melt or stretch at all. Usually short supply at my local club for some reason. Sam’s managers, keep this in stock. We are tired of the constant supply inconsistency.

I had hoped this cheese would be similar to the one I grew up with. It has a lot of water and it takes a lot of time to brown. Not a lot of flavor so not sure if another brand would be better.

Amazing. Perfect texture and taste to have him any sandwich or in soups or just by itself. Maybe put it on the side to eat with some fried green or sweet plantains.

This cheese is delicious! The only bad thing is I can almost never find it. Sadly, I found out why! This lady in front of me at the register had like a million of them in her cart and I left empty handed. Not nice, people! Share the cheese!

This is the best cheese for quesadillas

light and delicious, I love this cheese! You can boil, bake, and fry. Not salty and has right texture.

I cut into quarter-inch slices and fry in a little olive oil. Cheese gets soft— doesn’t melt— and I brown on both sides.

Delicious cheese for frying and putting on burgers or just eating alone. Best way to eat is definitely pan fried or seared

This cheese is addicting and so good ! Real fresh cheese that can be use for so many recipes. I love it!
