Excellent! Beautiful. Leather quality is soft and comfortable. Great decision to buy it. Fits nicely in my study. Only issue was Federal Express was late and just dropped it in the bottom of my driveway. Not Sam's fault!

Bought one in the Fall. My wife liked it so much, we ordered a second one in February. The drink holders, the storage, and the charging port are awesome! The greatest part is the power recline and the power headrest adjustment feature.

The chair working great for 2 years and then the motor or something else stopped working. Can't raise the leg rest or recline, but the headrest still works. There is a grinding sound. The manufacturer would not offer help since the 1 year warranty expired, but did five numbers for technicians to repair. Service call is $50 up front. Don't think will pursue. Very dissapointed as the chair was really nice at first. Beware when buying!

Inspect carefully. First chair had torn leather. Replacement chair has power connection issue.won't recline nor lift the footrest. I ordered 2 initially. First one works fine. Takes a while to replace & exchange. Save your packaging in case you need to return. I didnt know or expect to have to do so.

Lightweight so tips easily. Cup holders are shallow &”float” in fabric, not solidly anchored. Foot rest is short (I’m only 5’10”). USB port did not work from the start. Poorly made, don’t buy. I bought this same chair from Sam’s club a few years ago, & it still is a good chair; 2023 version is lousy.

There are lots of complaints that the chair stopped working. I just wanted to let users know that your Abbyson living recliner is covered by a warranty. All I had to do was make a call and they sent out a tech to repair it. Great chair and superior service.

My husband gave me this as a gift for Valentines. I am the only one who uses it in the night for 1-2 hours after I return from work. No children at home. It’s just 2 of us senior citizens. Recliner electricity does not work. Poor workmanship. I don’t want a chair I wanted a recliner. Wasted my hard earned money. Not recommended
