Good chair for the money. Exactly what we were looking for, for our first power recliner. Small footprint fits into our furniture layout. Power option works quickly, so there's no sitting and waiting to get out of the chair.

Bought one in the Fall. My wife liked it so much, we ordered a second one in February. The drink holders, the storage, and the charging port are awesome! The greatest part is the power recline and the power headrest adjustment feature.

Excellent! Beautiful. Leather quality is soft and comfortable. Great decision to buy it. Fits nicely in my study. Only issue was Federal Express was late and just dropped it in the bottom of my driveway. Not Sam's fault!

So far chair seems pretty good. I do hear a popping noise when I close it. Doesn't bother me as long as it not a sign of a future failure of mechanism.

When extended it’s too short and I’m a short person! Also makes loud clunking sound if you extend it a long way. Shipping took longer than I was told. It was more than a month. When I did an online chat I was basically told a lie.
