Needed help to get big box in house but after that I was able to unpack the chair and assemble by myself. Was really grateful because my husband has heart issues and could not help me. Perfect chair for my husband to put up his feet, recline back and rest. This chair looks great in my living room. Glad I bought it.

I ordered this recliner the last of January. It was delivered to my home in just over a week. I was surprised as the shipping indicated that I would not receive until the 1st week in March. I was able to assemble the chair pretty quick. The chair is so comfortable. I first saw the chair in a club score and liked it even though I could not sit on it due to the Covid 19 precautions. I didn't realize until I opened the box that it was made by the same company as a sofa I purchased a few years ago. I purchased the Brown recliner which is a deep brown.

Lightweight so tips easily. Cup holders are shallow &”float” in fabric, not solidly anchored. Foot rest is short (I’m only 5’10”). USB port did not work from the start. Poorly made, don’t buy. I bought this same chair from Sam’s club a few years ago, & it still is a good chair; 2023 version is lousy.

Poor Quality

Had the advantage of already knowing that the product was both comfy, nice looking, and had the right power adjustments. I purchased two and have no regrets yet, as I think that this is a very nice product. I think the big questions for consumers are how long will the electronics continue to work and how long will the faux leather hold up ?

The chair working great for 2 years and then the motor or something else stopped working. Can't raise the leg rest or recline, but the headrest still works. There is a grinding sound. The manufacturer would not offer help since the 1 year warranty expired, but did five numbers for technicians to repair. Service call is $50 up front. Don't think will pursue. Very dissapointed as the chair was really nice at first. Beware when buying!

I bought 4 on that misgiving sale which was $300 each. 3 out the four were ok so far. A few stews fell out of the cheap particle board wood but not bad for $300. The fourth one was damaged because it couldn’t decline without hitting the bottom of the chair. The bottom of the chair would scrap the recliner reach when you recline it. Called customer service but no black ones are available so I have to wait until they get them in or live with the issue.

These are definitely built for shorter people. I love the and the leather has been nice. However, we have now had these for three years. Used very rarely and in separate rooms and both had the power break within weeks of each other. I have contacted support and will go from there. We have other theater chairs that we paid a little more money for. They get used regularly like a theater chair and are still fully functioning. Have had those for 6 years, and have moved twice with us.

Online Customer Service was totally unresponsive but later sent me an email promising a response from a named CS Rep that never happened after waiting two weeks! The power features died long before they should have and Customer Service (after recontacting them again by phone) was only good for referring me to outside repair companies for solutions. We won't be taking a chance on any of their products in the future.

Jumped on the special pricing of $300 and bought four of them for our great room. Amazingly comfortable, easy to assemble. My husband is 6' and I am 5'2" - the head adjustment is fantastic. I had been looking at chairs that cost 4 times as much, but this was a deal I couldn't resist and I'm really glad we got them.
