I ordered 2 of these gates to keep my 2 dogs out of the living room and from going upstairs. Right out of the box I was slightly confused on how the latch would work but after ready the instructions and following them it worked great. Install was so easy and had both gates up and working in about 15 minutes. Granted the dogs aren't to happy that I cut off space in the house for them. But it saves on my cleaning time.

We bought the gate abou t a month ago It was very easy to set up and fast I think it's nice that we can choose between pressure mounted or wall mounted We installed ours pressure mounted for now ... the baby is not yet a year old but we probably will have to mount it to the walls as he grows I like the design and the door is not hard to open for an adult or even with only one hand Good gate

I recently installed two of these gates to keep our small dogs confined to one area of our house. They were easy to install, very easy to use, and they are well made and durable. The parts included for non-permanent attachment to our doorway hold the gate tight while not damaging the trim. We have three children ranging in age from 4 to 11 and they are able to operate the latch with ease and walk through the gate rather than trying to climb over it like gates we have used in the past. The price was very reasonable too. Highly recommended.

My precious baby girl made it a mission of hers to climb the stairs, so I decided to purchase three of these babies to keep my little monster out of areas she didn't belong in. Boy was she super upset when she came home and saw these. Lol! As soon as she notice them she began to cry and raddle the gates like she was a prisoner, lol!!!Now about the product: This item is easily assembled and very durable. The only problem I have is with the small opening, I have to turn sideways to get through the opening. This is very uncomfortable and inconvenient, I almost fallen down the stairs like 3xs.

I really like this safety gate for a number of reasons. It has a great ease of use, it was easy to install, it will install virtually anywhere and is exactly what I paid for. It is also very sturdy and I feel confident that when my daughter grabs ahold of it, it won't fall down or move. The only thing I would change (if I could) would be to remove the bar across the bottom. You have to step over it and when holding children sometimes you can't see in front of you, so you have to "remember" to step over. But really, how hard is that? Overall, I give this a 5 out of 5. I'm very happy with my purchases. I bought 2 of these!

I was looking for a gate that would keep our dogs out of the kitchen, but easy enough that our almost-three-year-old could work it. This is perfect and SUCH a good price. I thought it was plastic but found when it arrived that it is a nice white metal. I am going to get another one for the little one's bedroom as well. Highly recommend!

We have a 10 mo. old who crawls everywhere. This gate was easy to install, is durable (metal). The only problem is is the opening - "door" for the adults - it is a bit narrow - only 16 in. - bit too narrow if you need to bring anything downstairs - like laundry etc.

This is a good gate if you don't want to use a hardware mounted gate. You just place it in the space you want and turn the four bolts until the rubber on each side is snugly against the wall. It took less than 10 minutes to install at the top of the stairs. It also comes with one extension so you can use it in a space of more than 3 feet. My only issue is with the size of the gate's opening; it is pretty small. A skinny person or child can get through walking forwards but it seems that anyone larger than average would have trouble getting through or would have to walk sideways to get through. Also noteworthy is that this isn't self-closing as some other models are. You will have to pull/push it shut behind you.

They are nice at first but the latch will break internally and nobody sells replacement parts. I have 2 Regalo baby gates and the latches broke on both gates, I was able to fix one with JB weld which held up longer than the original cheap plastic internals but now that it's broken I'm stressed because there are no replacement parts available and I modified my kitchen to fit this particular gate. So now I have to choose the ease of buying another Regalo which I know will break in a few months or try a different brand and unmodify my kitchen entryway.

The gate works perfectly except for the fact that the gate will only work if your doorway is the exact size of the gate without the extension or the exact size of the gate with the extension because if you have to use the tension bars on the gate without the extension you have this huge gap between the wall and the gate and my little Chihuahua went right through it
