It was super easy to install, and the appearance is neat. So far, the gate works wonders on keeping my baby out of the stairs.

I absolutely LOVE this gate. It's being used in my pantry doorway, and it totally keeps out my 22 month old twins. The both of them were hanging off it and shaking it, and not even the slightest budge! I'm looking forward to picking up another one. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent gate. Got a plastic one before this one and it was just garbage. My daughter would just make it fall with her walker. The best thing is that the price of this gate for the material its made of is sold very very cheap. So I would just recommend going for metal gates,especially this one.

I wasn't sure what kind of quality we would get when we ordered this, but was really impressed when we got it. For the price, it is the quality I would have expected with a gate that is twice the price. Easy to install and perfect to keep the dog out. Also simple to open and close to walk through. I wish I knew about this product earlier and didnt have to climb over previous gates we've had that either always got kicked over or chewed up. We used this gate on a standard doorway and it came with a small extension to add on to one side with hardware to use if we needed it. I believe there is another extension piece you can buy to add to the other side if you need to use for a wider doorway/stairs.

the gate was perfect for 3 separate entry ways in my home, and is being used to contain my 2 small puppies room by room. the walmart price at 31 dollars is extremely reasonable compared to the same identical gate at Petsmart store for 79 dollars. if you are using for a small child the latch handle is very secure.

I bought this gate to keep my dog out of my daughter's room. I love the fact that it locks the door in place because there is no way for the dog to get in there. The only thing that I wish it had was a spring to make it shut once someone walked through it. That would make this amazing.

This is an awesome gate. I had purchased this to keep my puppy from going to the second floor. It fits perfectly with the extension at the top of the stairs. In hindsight, I should've bought the wider opening gate since this one is a bit narrow, but you just have to be careful and also be mindful of the bottom part or you may trip. This is a design flaw, which in my opinion should be flat, but nevertheless, it is a great product for the price. They charge too much for gates at the pet stores, so if you want it black, buy a can of Rustoleum!

The gate is good, just didn't work for my needs. I'm needing a gate to keep my yorkie in, where we keep her when we're not home. The gaps are too far apart, she can fit between them and get out. Very disappointed. Was happy to be able to open the gate to walk through without having to take it in and out of the door jam every time.

I bought this to give our puppy his own space in our house with three other dogs and it works PERFECTLY!!! The latch it a little difficult at first, but once you figure it out it's a breeze. It's decently priced, pressure mounted so it doesn't ruin the walls which is nice since we rent. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing a gate of some kind.

I bought this gate with the hopes of keeping my dog out of another room, however my 9 pound dog was able to squeeze through the space between the bars. Installation was very easy and it worked really well. I would recommend this gate to anyone other than someone who is trying to contain a small dog.
