I have a father with terrible arthritis and a crawling baby. I didn't want my dad to try to step over a gate or have to put holes in my plaster walls, so this gate takes care of both of my problems. My only issue with the gate is that my fat cat has trouble jumping over. Overall a great product.

This gate is everything it is advertised to be! I installed it alone in 5 minutes...simple and easy to read instructions. Well made, sturdy and very attractive. Absolutely secure fit, no damage to walls. Easy to remove when necessary and easy to replace. We use it to keep our two cats where we want them. Excellent value.

This gate was easy to install and I like the locking mechanism. I bought this for my dogs, because my pug figured out how to open my last locking gate. This is a lock he can't move with his nose, so the dogs will stay where I want them. This also keeps my 2 year old grandson from letting the dogs out and having a " free for all" in my living room. Works great for both dogs and kids.

Easy to install if you have a power drill to screw in the wall mounts for extra support. I had help installing it because it's hard to measure. With just the pressure alone it does not feel safe. I like that the gate only swings one way and you have to push down on handle to activate the lock. The safety lock is sometimes not easy to open with one hand. The opening is very narrow to walk through. It's nice to have the extensions and i like the metal but your baby can get hurt on the metal rails if they do not have proper balance yet. Overall it does the job.

Because of the base moulding on my wall, the gate would not fit. With the extension it was too wide, without the extension pieces the adjusters were too extended and would buckle out on pressure!!!!! So frustrating. PS the opening I am trying to fit is 34 1/2"...not a crazy size!

We purchased two of these to keep the dog out of a couple of rooms and raised it a few inches off the floor so the cat could get under the gates. This is sooo much better than stepping over a board! I love them, just open the gate and step through! Thank you!

Purchased this gate for a group toddler room so we could open door to feel air in the hallways without having kids run out. It's a perfect height and easy for adults to get in and out. Our only downfall is the pressure mount is not as easy to install in the doorway as it appears, and if not installed correctly, it does fall or come out of place. When installed correctly, it is a wonderful gate! I do recommend this bc it is made of sturdy quality, looks expensive but actually only cost around $30. It serves its purpose.

Overall I love this gate the only thing I would change is to make the opening a little wider but otherwise for the money it's great. I got tired off stepping over the plastic pressure gates and didn't want to install the other swing gates. This is great and is not cheap. It's very sturdy proven by my 21 month old. You have to slide a latch to release the handle to open it and once we do that and she can open and close it 50 times a day in and out the gate hasn't moved an inch!

we bought 2 of these gates for a new puppy and they are perfect and really easy to use. One we are using as is and the other one we need the extention which came with it. We used the pressure system on them no screwing into the walls and the gate is really easy to open and close. Working out great!

I did not buy this for a baby gate, but for a puppy gate to keep the dog out of the frontroom. The installation with the add on was quick. Did not screw the cup attachments into the walls, just used the pressure to install...but then again no baby would be hanging on it or trying to pull it down. The walk thru gate feature was what I was looking for. Was getting tired of putting the old gate up and down.
