Good value on price for what I got. The assembly and use instructions were easy to understand. Fortunately I haven't had any major power outages that I've needed it for.

After much research, we decided this Westinghouse 12000/9500 generator would be a great fit for our needs. We purchased 9/25/26 and gave it a test run today, 9/26/26. It fired right up and ran smoothly. We couldn't be happier with this purchase!

I bought this for my home and it’s the last generator I will own! It’s great. The tri fuel option is the route to go. I can power almost everything with this. Starting is easy with remote or push button but you still have a pull start if all else fails. I love everything about this generator.

Heavier to move than I thought, but we have been told that this “portable” generator will handle most, if not all, of our house. We lose power often, so I can update this review when we actually use the generator. I like that we can use different power types. We will definitely need a cover and possibly build a shed structure so we don’t have to move the generator from the other side of the house whenever we lose power.
