Bought January 29, 2026 and it is a very nice and well put together machine. You can tell when you open up the box and the manuals are carefully laid right on top, complete with parts manual, maintenance schedule, and everything you need right in the box. Even sent Natural gas hose, propane hose/regulator, tools,oil and funnel! It's very heavy but when wheels are put on it's very easy to roll around. Electric remote start, plenty of power. What else can you ask for?

Considering the features and benefits available at this price point, I can't imagine giving any less than a five start review just for the sheer value. I'd done a lot of research on generators prior to buying this one and ended up finding this one locally for a great price and, so far, am very happy with it. Set up is easy and the options are plenty. I would not have purchased a generator during this point in my life if it weren't for a recent ice storm that tore through my area causing extended power outages. But this is the generator I had my eye on anyway so it worked out.

I got this just in time. We had a big ice storm in MS, and this ran our lights, heat, and many other things in our home. We were almost normal living. The generator did a great job, and I was very pleased with the gas usage. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a generator.

I bought this generator a couple of months ago and it arrived in time before a big snowstorm. I did not end up needing to use it but I did test it prior to the storm using propane. The generator started up with no issues with the remote start. And it powered up most of my 2,000 square foot home. I have 6 240v mini split units and I was able to run all of them on heat with no issues. I would highly recommend this product.

I just bought it, and as soon as I started it the power came back on haha. So, that's the reason for four stars. I've got a couple of things plugged in just to break it in. It was super easy to assemble and run. I've also have a couple of buddies that have these generators and love them. So far I'm happy, it's better than my crappy ryobi that uses more starter fluid than gas to start.

Bought this as an upgrade to my old 30amp 6500 generator. 12500 kw start-up. Electric start works awesome. Hooked up a 20 lb tank hit the remote start and it cycled twice and ran like a champ. Love the dual fuel capabilities to run propane tanks, much easier to refill vice gas tank. 50amp RV outlet will be connected to a home transfer switch to run entire panel. Way cheaper than a whole home generator, just not automatic.

Product was easy to setup and put in service. Did what it was suppose to without any problems. 4 stars instead of 5 because didn't realize wasn't suppose to use in rain until after purchased. (This is probably true for all generators of this type.). Very satisfied. Would buy again.

I Bought this to replace my gas only AI 8000. Now I have options for different fuels and more powerful 50 Amp plug in. I haven't tried using it to power my older welder yet but sure it will be more than adequate if needed. The only drawback with this Generator is a smaller gas tank by about 3.5 gallons but its large enough @ 6.6 gallons.

I bought this after a major storm when our power was out for 4 days. This is a great investment and i like the options you can use besides gasoline. I primarily us propane tanks with unit. You won't be disappointed with this purchase. Very easy to setup and wheel around if needed.

Bought this generator during the recent ice storm as a replacement to the Generac portable generator we have had for 2 years and was struggling to run a couple of heaters and lights. The Westinghouse generator ran circles around the Generac and saved our lives and sanity! You talk about a piece of mind! We can confidently run our house and sleep well knowing this machine will not quit on us. Alot less maintenance intense unlike the Generac.
