I purchased this generator three months ago to replace my previous generator that was giving me problems and had for about fifteen years. I appreciate having a duel fuel generator that also has a remote control! Living in "Hurricane Alley" we needed something to rely on that's more up to date and user friendly!

The manuals are clear, and the control panel is easy to read. Solid frame, heavy but easy to move around. Started up without a problem. I'm prepared for the next power outage.

This is the second whole house Westinghouse Generator I have purchased because I installed one in my last house with perfect reliability and function for years and have since moved. The new ones is even bigger and running on propane. This is one of the few generators that is CARB-Compliant and can ship to my location in CA - They are hard to find!

The extra benefit of gas/propane makes this model even more impressive. We rest assured that our power will remain consistent in the event of power outages.

We recently purchased the WGen9500TFc Tri-Fuel Generator with CO Sensor, and it proved to be an excellent investment during our last power outage. During the outage, it comfortably powered our essentials—refrigerator, lights, sump pump, and a few outlets—without any issues. I bought this for my home and it’s the last generator I will own! It’s great. The tri fuel option is the route to go. I can power almost everything with this. Starting is easy with remote or push button but you still have a pull start if all else fails. I love everything about this generator.

Heavier to move than I thought, but we have been told that this “portable” generator will handle most, if not all, of our house. We lose power often, so I can update this review when we actually use the generator. I like that we can use different power types. We will definitely need a cover and possibly build a shed structure so we don’t have to move the generator from the other side of the house whenever we lose power.

Arrived quickly! Very impressed with build quality and ease of operation. Unfortunately you never know how good it is going to be until you actually need it! Tested and tied it several times but nearly a year after it was last tested I need to use it - connected up the gas inlet and the power outlet with everything firing up on third press of button, running the house for the next 3 hours Over-all very happy

Bought this generator as a whole house backup. Unboxed and the assembly was much easier than I anticipated. Push start worked out of the box once all connections were made. Looking forward to putting it to the test once the break in period has completed.
