I had this generator for a week before I tried it. It was so nice to have an electric start. It started right up with no problems. I thought the remote start fob was missing but it was hanging on the generator. I would recommend this generator.

Got it tidy and also had a power failure when I was putting weeks on got it started in no time and ran it for an hr supplying power to my cabin until main power came back on Very happy with it, getting it just in time to test it Ran Great ..

Great product. Starts up no problem and fuels lasts 6+ hours on full tank. Needed it for a small job, but also nice to have at the house in case of a power outage.

Easy setup and works great! We love the way we can run our RV with it! Bought it for unexpected power outages at home. Should pay for itself with money we save when we can save the food in our refrigerator and freezer!

Just purchased. Followed directions and started right up. Hopefully won't have to use it often, but very comforted knowing I now have the power to keep my sump-pumps and refrigerators running in a power outage/storm.

Bought this to be covered off for power outages. Of course, we ended up using it several times this summer and it worked great. The ability to use dual fuel is great. Love all the features.

Fired up fairly easy using propane. Instructions were clear. Still haven't tried gas yet and the real test will be when we lose power, but feeling good so far.

Awesome product more then enough power had power to 90% of a 2400 sq ft home. Never bogged or died remote start made it convenient to run and shut down in the rain.

I live in southern NJ and we experience frequent, random power outages and the past winter was severe. We lost power for three days and we decided we were long overdue for a generator. I did some research and spoke with a few electricians and decided on a Westinghouse 9500. I ordered it online, it was well packaged and easy to assemble, just the wheels and legs. The manuals are clear, and the control panel is easy to read. Solid frame, heavy but easy to move around. Started up without a problem. I'm prepared for the next power outage.
