Still setting it up I guess I can come back here and update this one. I'm completed, but I thought I would do this first. The process is a little confusing in terms of the startup on boarding.

Purchased the 7th 7th of September. Have not had a chance to have it installed yet.After the ice storm that caught us off guard in February, we plan to be more prepared this winter

The generator works great. We really like the push start, haven't tried the remote yet. The set up for the unit was easy and the instructions were very helpful

Bought it two days ago To use After hurricane and it stopped working after the first night. AVR is completely done, Call the number and all they did was open up a case number

I bought this to prepare for the winter ice storms or the unexpected power outage. I'm secretly excited for the next storm because this will power the essentials in my house. Easy to set up!

Fired up fairly easy using propane. Instructions were clear. Still haven't tried gas yet and the real test will be when we lose power, but feeling good so far.

Bought this to be covered off for power outages. Of course, we ended up using it several times this summer and it worked great. The ability to use dual fuel is great. Love all the features.

I bought this to replace my old generator. Haven’t had to use it in a power outage but just testing the electric start so easy to start the generator. Remote start worked great.

Just purchased. Followed directions and started right up. Hopefully won't have to use it often, but very comforted knowing I now have the power to keep my sump-pumps and refrigerators running in a power outage/storm.

Great product. Starts up no problem and fuels lasts 6+ hours on full tank. Needed it for a small job, but also nice to have at the house in case of a power outage.
