This product might be a great cleaning product but where are the instructions for usage (cap has #'s on it--what do they mean)? I bought this. Got ready to use it and had to come to my laptop to figure out what the 1,2,3,4,5 on the cap actually meant? Do you know? If you have an HE washer or a regular washer, which line do you fill to? Don't buy this product if you don't know--very difficult to use if you don't have a way to look up the info. Definitely not for your mother or grandmother!

I have always loved the free and gentle detergents; living with someone who has skin problems this is the best to use. It’s limited ingredients don’t upset people with sensitive skin or eczema or most other skin issues that have flare ups from heavy perfumes detergents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this laundry detergent for a few weeks it was very good. I have not had any reactions for my skin which is a plus. There is no scent which i love as I most scented products. The clothes were clean so overall a good laundry detergent.

Although I am a life long Tide user, I purchased this product because it was the only He detergent the store had at the time. Although it cleans the clothes it leaves them with that not clean smell. It reminds me of how clothes smell after they have been wet and left in a pile to dry. I highly discourage purchassing this product unless you absolutely have to.

This detergent makes me itch alot. I get red rashes or red spots on my body. Although it claims to be free and gentle and designed for sensitive skin....it is not. Alteast not for me. Bring back the tide formula from 20 - 25 years ago, and I will use that. I see the review of Brandspark 2024 that lists this detergent as #1 for sensitive skin, followed by All and Arm

Even though it does a good job of cleaning like others regular detergent too. My skin is sensitive so it’s good for me. I will be buying it again.

I use regular scented tide for my clothes (since I don’t have scent allergies) but use to use All free and clear for my husband. Now that Tide has the free and gentle, I don’t have to use two different detergents!! It’s perfect as it’s scentless but with the same Tide strength for cleaning! My husband loves it and so do I! Highly recommended for anyone with allergies to scents!

There are so many scented products that we can’t use because it will cause her to have a reaction and itch. I tested a small set of clothing with this detergent to see how it would work with her skin and she had no reaction! Will definitely purchase this detergent!!

I am highly upset. I have used tide free for years. Recently I began to have hives on my arms feet and legs…bad red patches of dermatitis. For weeks I eliminated everything only to realize it was the washing powder!! Why have you done this? What a miserable experience. I will never buy again. Kept me up at night it was so severe.

I have used Tide free and gentle for decades - then 2 months ago I started getting hives, red blisters, major itches and red patches all over my feet and legs. I eliminated everything and discovered it was the detergent. I started searching the internet and found so many chat groups of people having the same issue with this detergent and discovered the formula change. The stress and sleepless nights this has caused me makes me furious that this was done to customers. I can’t even cover myself with a bed sheet without immediate reaction. Out of desperation I tried tide simply and this caused a severe migraine and nausea. Im so very upset and disappointed, I wish I knew lot numbers to buy bottle before formula change. Now anytime I see the word Tide I think allergy. I’m in the process of rinsing bedding and clothes x 3 - just to get the detergent completely out but I’m not there yet hoping I can finally lay in the bed or wear my clothes without immediate hives. This was my go to formula for years. I can’t express how this has upset my existence having to deal with contact dermatitis and hives.
