No dyes, no perfumes, no parabens is great because our skin doesn’t need to absorb extra chemicals for no reason. If you have sensitive skin, then this is definitely for you. I’m already a fan of the brand so I know my clothes will be clean with one wash and that was the case. Works in HE washers and it literally looks clear so I think it’s a no-brainer if you have sensitivities or are sensitive to scents.

I have sensitive skin. I don’t think you (the company, not the unfortunate employees who has to read this) care, or understand what that Really means. It means I didn’t know what was happening to me until it literally exploded across my body. I didn’t know you were making changes to your product until the skin on my chest, under my arms and between my legs turned in half a day into burning, itchy skin that is so swollen with Tide rash there are no more pores. When I try some new product I try it in a focused way. For example, body lotion I’ll just try it on my hands and if they start burning or itching, the skin changes color I wash it off and don’t use it again. I don’t just put it all over my body and whatever happens, happens. What are you thinking? You can’t just put whatever you want in a product- like Benzisothiazolinone, which by the other reviews seems to be a problem - like you did over this past year to the “free

As a person with sensitive skin, I have always been able to rely on Tide Free and Gentle to keep my skin comfortable and safe. I bought a new bottle of tide from my local store in March and the new formula is a nightmare. My face has swollen up, with hives on my face, neck, shoulders, back and legs. Please please please. If you say you’re free and gentle, BE free and gentle. The saddest part is I would have been a life long customer but now that it’s no longer safe for me to use, I have to find alternatives.

Your Tide Free and Clear product recently has a new sku - Free and Clear "with Downy". I have been using Free and Clear for years. Then I mistakenly bought this product that also has the same Ezcema seal approval on it. My 8-yr-old immediately developed hives everywhere the clothes touched his skin. You shouldn't have that seal on it when you add other chemicals into it. It's very misleading. It took us days to figure out what the problem was.

It leaves my clothes super clean and doesn’t have any fragrance or dyes which tend to irritate my skin. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a clean detergent!

I have been using Tide Free and Clear for decades. Over the past 6 months I’ve noticed an unpleasant peanut butter type odor and the color is yellow and it seems thicker. It still seems to wash OK, but the odor is very off-putting and I will probably switch brands.

I was elated to discover that tide makes gentle detergent that’s safe enough to use on my toddler. It’s not scented but has a fresh laundry smell. We are now a tide household again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We get bombarded with smells on everything. We don’t REALLY need them on our clothes seeping through our bodies…….do we? This is great for the sensitive skin. You cloth diapering mommas? THIS IS FOR YOU!

Did the formula change? I have been using this for years, as the only detergent without synthetic dyes, SLS or sulfates, and without whatever is in HE detergents that makes me get hives. Now, every time I put on newly washed clothes, I am itching like crazy all over my body. I even went as far as to buy 3 new sets of clothes to try without washing, and I was fine.

I am allergic to the perfumes in laundry soap and Tide Free & Gentle works great for me. It does remove all odors and stains without all the other skin irritating additives. I have tried other products but keep coming back to the only laundry soap that I have used for years. I will not use anything else.
