Gentle and powerful.

gentle

plastic/crystal like object in my detergent?

I hadn't noticed this before but we are at the end of the detergent and there is plastic/crystal-like stuff in my detergent. The cap isn't broken or chipped so im not sure where this came from?! the basement is cold but not cold enough to form ice!!

The freshness

Very useful!! Full size for free!

No fragrance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this is fragrance free, does not bleach the black clothes like the powder one. It is gentle with the clothes and I’ve always liked that they come with the measuring cup.

Smelly

I have used this product for years, but the latest purchase has turned really smelly and cloudy. It's horrible. I have resorted to adding fragrance crystals.

This detergent works great

This detergent works great for me. I don’t generally have any problems with items coming out with stains unless it was a tough stain I forgot to pretreat. It is not super cheap, but being high efficiency, it seems to last quite a bit.

Now making me itch

Been buying this brand for 4 years and all of sudden we been itching every time we wash our clothes. Came looking for answers and saw the other reviews. I also feel they changed something in the ingredients
