I'm enjoyed this vacuum because quick and easy to clean. Battery seems to last well. It folds and fits in closet well and emptying it is easy. Works well and not too heavy. It is top heavy which is different but this works fine as long as fold the top down when I stop vacuuming.

We have many Shark products in our home. This one is a quality product also! I would have given it 5 stars, except for the battery life. There were no charging instructions, charge fully before first use, charge indicator lights, etc. Up to 40 minutes run time, we got maybe 15. Maybe run time will improve as the battery is cycled. It does perform very well as stated. It is as handy as a vacuum it’s size can be.

Bought corded model but returned it without trying it out. Bought the cordless Pet Pro even though fearing it won’t be powerfull enough. The wife loves it over our old Hoover upright and cleans our laminate floors and area rugs beautifully! And the price was very affordable. Charges quickly and we can clean all areas (about 30-minutes) without requiring recharge. Container is kinda small but can do our needs without dumping. We can’t believe all the pet hair and dust it contains when we do empty the container!

Good vacuum. Lightweight. Dumping canister is a bit difficult.

Not as good as other shark products I have had. Charge doesn’t last very long!!!

Great vacuum, Canister is difficult for individual with hand mobility issues. No docking station or wall hanger.

Doesn’t get as close to wall edges as my previous vacuum but has a nice long battery life. Wish it had a wall hanger.

I can vacuum 800 sq ft of laminate flooring and still have enough charge to do carpeted stairs on the same charge! Great suction and easy to use and not too heavy.

As of now my only complaint is the battery does not last long enough. I have mostly tile and use the lowest setting, I try to do the tile and one bedroom with carpet and it runs out of power! Thinking of taking it back
