Great vacuum. Great value, battery last long and it cleans well. The extra attachment are a plus for cleaning. Well packed in box and easy to assemble.

I can vacuum 800 sq ft of laminate flooring and still have enough charge to do carpeted stairs on the same charge! Great suction and easy to use and not too heavy.

We didn't like this at all and returned it. It's not well balanced and just feels weird to use. We returned ir and bought a different brand and are much happier.

The Shark Pet Pro is quiet and powerful. It goes a great job vacuuming on floors and and carpet. The battery life is great and it charges quickly. On sale, it was an amazing product for the price.

As of now my only complaint is the battery does not last long enough. I have mostly tile and use the lowest setting, I try to do the tile and one bedroom with carpet and it runs out of power! Thinking of taking it back

Have used this daily. It is so light and so quiet for a vacuum. I use it almost daily to clean up anything on the floor. There are two dogs running around the house so there is always dog hair or something on the floors.

This is good for in between cleanings. Don't expect it to replace a regular vacuum. I was actually surprised since I thought given the price and that it's a shark it would be better. I only have hardwood floors, so maybe it's better on carpet.

Shark cordless vacuum has been a welcome addition to my home. Not only easy to use but is a great vacuum. Cleans better than my last corded machine.

Apparently there are two versions of this vacuum. The paperwork states this the minute you open the box. I do NOT BUY DISPOSABLE APPLIANCES! Even lithium batteries may die unexpectedly early. FULL DISCLOSURE SHOULD BE ON THE BOX! Wasted my time and money driving to return..

Worked ok while it lasted. Left fine dust and crumbs on our hardwoods…suction wasn't the greatest. Battery doesn't last long while in use and takes longer than expected to charge. Unfortunately the vacuum died in less than a year and a half. The battery will not charge and because it's not removable I'm stuck looking for another. And it won't be a Shark. This is the second Shark we've purchased that has let us down.
