I'm enjoyed this vacuum because quick and easy to clean. Battery seems to last well. It folds and fits in closet well and emptying it is easy. Works well and not too heavy. It is top heavy which is different but this works fine as long as fold the top down when I stop vacuuming.

We have two long-haired Papillon dogs who shed ALL the time. This vacuum is such an improvement over our older Shark cordless (which we have used and loved for over five years now). The improvement is its PowerFins. Dog hair doesn't get caught in them like it does in the brushes. The Pet Pro Cordless is light weight, easy to recharge, great for hardwood and carpet, and picks up everything really well. It's a perfect choice for homes with dogs. Thanks, Shark, for the upgrade on your earlier cordless vacuum.

Comparable to my older Dyson ball, as far as suction. The fins don't get hair wrapped around it nearly as easily as the brushes did. Definitely a lot lighter, and easier to maneuver. I have 3 cats and a German shepherd, so I vacuum every day. It picks up the coarse GSD fur, the downy cat fur, as well as fine dirt particles. The collection bin is a bit smaller, so I have to empty it after every room, but that's the only minor inconvenience I have discovered.

Bought corded model but returned it without trying it out. Bought the cordless Pet Pro even though fearing it won’t be powerfull enough. The wife loves it over our old Hoover upright and cleans our laminate floors and area rugs beautifully! And the price was very affordable. Charges quickly and we can clean all areas (about 30-minutes) without requiring recharge. Container is kinda small but can do our needs without dumping. We can’t believe all the pet hair and dust it contains when we do empty the container!

It is actually not a Pet Pro…….pet hair (German Shepherd) gets trapped in the small wheels and does not come out….with that being said, it works great to pickup pet hair and dust. I don’t think the wheels will really make a difference in vacuuming as it is so light weight, but it is annoying that they are even there. I had the older version 6+ years that came with 2 replaceable batteries, definitely not the same quality. I do like the ease of emptying the container, I do not like that the battery is not replaceable (should have paid more attention, before ordering). I vacuum almost every day and it is doing the job, just don’t see it lasting as long as my previous one

I love this lightweight cordless vac. After years of dragging and fighting with my heavy canister vacuum, this is wonderful. As a Golden Retriever mom, I didn’t think a cordless model could have enough power to pick up her hair on carpets, but this one works great and it slides easily under furniture. I keep checking to see if I’m running out of cord and then laugh at myself.

Excellent! I’m a big shark fan. I have a busy house as a homeschooling family of 7! I cannot use any ol’ vacuum became quite frankly, we are hard on them! I recently tried a cheap cordless one from somewhere else and returned shortly thereafter. It was nowhere near the quality of a shark. My last cordless shark was a beast and stuck with us for several years. I love our new one even better. I didn’t realize how much I’d use the bending arm feature for under furniture! My favorite feature, though, is that the brush roll does NOT get hair wrapped around it. I thought that was too good to be true but I have long hair, plus 4 daughters and not a single hair gets wrapped around the brush roll. Amazing! I also love that the brush roll still (slowly) moves while on the hard floor setting because it definitely helps pickup debris vs our previous one that didn’t quite as well. It doesn’t fling anything behind either. It’s powerful for carpet and rugs- I use it in every room of the house without any issues. It’s heavy duty without being too heavy to carry around. 10/10 recommend.

We have many Shark products in our home. This one is a quality product also! I would have given it 5 stars, except for the battery life. There were no charging instructions, charge fully before first use, charge indicator lights, etc. Up to 40 minutes run time, we got maybe 15. Maybe run time will improve as the battery is cycled. It does perform very well as stated. It is as handy as a vacuum it’s size can be.

Great vacuum. The battery lasts plenty long enough to do my entire home and I use it a lot to just do little clean ups. Works well on both carpet and wood floor and tile. My main hate with vacuuming is getting hair caught in the roller and this has not had a single hair caught on the roller. Good value too.

Being light weight and cordless it is easy for kids to use. It does a great job cleaning floors. I purposely bought this model because it is doesn't get as much pet hair caught in the brush and the shape of the stick is the same as a previous model that I bought, which allows me to use the parts from the old vacuum. One feature that is an improvement on previous models is that the stick hinges to allow getting under tables and couches, and allow the vacuum to be stored compactly,
