after five months of use, this vacuum is out of commission. it wasn't picking things up well for the last month, and now it doesn't hold a charge. biggest waste of $230 I've ever spent. do not recommend this to anyone!

have to clean it out constantly if you have pets

this is great for a few vacuums but then the suction losses it's power and now we are constantly trying to clean it out. pet hair gets stuck easily we have been only using it for 2 months and I only have 1 dog.

Just Okay

I’ve had this stick vac for going on two years and it’s just okay. It has been just okay from the beginning. It’s marketed as a “pet” vacuum, but I have a doodle and a bull terrier and they don’t shed as much as other dogs, but the vacuum clogs with their hair all the time. It’s crazy to me that a pet vacuum gets clogged so easily. The battery life isn’t great if you pull the trigger for more powerful suction either. I cannot vacuum my whole house on one charge.

Battery NOT removable

I have owned many Shark products before, including the last model of this vacuum. I would give it 5 stars, but I was disappointed to find out this does NOT have a detachable battery. If it was in the description, it was neatly tucked away and not easy to find. For the price it is fine, but with my previous Shark I always purchased a back up battery to be able to finish the job all at one time. For now this will do. Still looks like I will be looking for a long term replacement in the future.

Love this vacuum. So easy %26 convenient. This is my 2nd shark cordless. The old one was working great but I gave it to my daughter who recently moved into her own house.

Great value for your money

I use it daily to sweep my floors. I love it so much I gifted one to my sister. We use it to pickup hair after hair cuts, vacuum the car, and daily on our tile and area rugs. We’ve had it for a year and it’s still going strong. Highly recommend!

Does not suck

I purchased this vacuum for the high reviews as i have some long hair pets, i spend more time unclogging it then i do vacuuming. It takes 3-4 passes to pick anything up. I hate it. I splurged and bought this for myself and ended up turning around a month later and buying a ryobi vacuum instead. It is true that hair doesnt get caught on the roller but it does build up on the brush in the front constantly so if you dont stop to clean it you wont collect anything.

Helicopter taking off LOUD

LOUD as it can be. Heavy to be a stick vacuum however it does vacuum very good. The canister is small which is irritating. If they could fix the darn motor where it didn’t sound like a helicopter was taking off and maybe lighten the weight of it I’d be happy to keep it. Love that it folds but not enough to keep the noise maker. Really disappointed.
