I have used this vacuum on hardwood floors and carpet. On hardwood it leaves dirt behind, even moving slowly. On carpet it does ok but long hair (pet & human) is a challenge. I killed the battery out of the box, by using it, so it would get a full charge. Once fully charged, I unplugged it. Then used it on both surfaces and didn't put it on the charger again, as it had a charge left. Went to use it a few days later, for a 3rd time, it last a whole 5 minutes! Definitely not a good vacuum if 1- It doesn't work as it is intended - no suction to pick up dirt and hair. 2- The battery doesn't hold its charge for a few days and must remain plugged in at all times. My canister vacuum has more suction. Going to return this and stick to the cumbersome canister vacuum.

This little vacuum is so powerful and easy to use. I just had surgery and was told I can’t vacuum for three months, but this thing is so light and effortless. I can quickly clean up the kitchen mess after cooking and it just feels like pushing air. I love it! The big heavy vacuum cleaner now has a spot at the very back of the coat closet.

Very good vacuum in terms of power, ease of use,and picking up hair from carpet etc. Terrible battery life. 40-60 minutes to charge to full, but the longest I've had the battery last is nine minutes on the lowest setting. You won't be able to vacuum even a small house in one day because it would need 5 or 6 charges.

LOUD as it can be. Heavy to be a stick vacuum however it does vacuum very good. The canister is small which is irritating. If they could fix the darn motor where it didn’t sound like a helicopter was taking off and maybe lighten the weight of it I’d be happy to keep it. Love that it folds but not enough to keep the noise maker. Really disappointed.

I've had this vacuum since February. I waited to review it until I had used it for a while. It is lightweight and the suction is good. The battery doesn't last long if you are holding down the trigger to increase the suction but without that I'm able to vacuum a few rooms, however I do live in a single wide trailer so others experiences may differ. The reason it only got 4 stars though is because I have two large dogs that shed a lot. I frequently have to take apart the roller and clean dog hair out of the entry way so the vacuum will pick up correctly. It doesn't get caught in the roller itself but behind it taps everything easily. This vacuum is not meant to pick up large dirt items so if you want something that will pick up larger items this vacuum is not it. I have "hard wood" floors and the vacuum goes across then easily. The suction is strong enough to pick up small area rugs if you got the corner. I like this vacuum overall.

I was so shocked how god this vacuum is. I have another similar that is a Hoover and it tore up after a couple months. This one is one year old and still going strong. The battery lasts from end of my house to the other. I have two shedding dogs and it picked up hair so good! Also it rolls across the floor so smooth too and light weight. My Hoover is heavy and hurts my wrist. This one is expensive but it’s worth it! So easy to dump the hair too without having to get your hands dirty to do it.

Has variety but stronger pull would be nice.
