I've owned this vacuum for 2 years now. I give it 3 stars because the battery doesn't last long enough to vacuum the whole house, and the small wheels on the large brush clog with dog hair. This is not worth the price.

Had no idea how powerful this would be. Been using Shark vacuum for many years and still going strong but we needed something easy to grab for small messes. This is it!
Awkward and Inconvenient Vacuum
Love Shark products but this one isn't worth the $$!!! Awkward to charge due to charge port on top of unit that is not balanced enough to lean against the wall. 45 min (if that) battery time. Does fold but it isn't a smooth process (I.e. battery and bin very top heavy). Missed the 90-day return window before I made up my mind. Likely to sell and likely my last Shark vacuum purchase.

Helicopter taking off LOUD
LOUD as it can be. Heavy to be a stick vacuum however it does vacuum very good. The canister is small which is irritating. If they could fix the darn motor where it didn’t sound like a helicopter was taking off and maybe lighten the weight of it I’d be happy to keep it. Love that it folds but not enough to keep the noise maker. Really disappointed.

Ultimate pet vac
I was so shocked how god this vacuum is. I have another similar that is a Hoover and it tore up after a couple months. This one is one year old and still going strong. The battery lasts from end of my house to the other. I have two shedding dogs and it picked up hair so good! Also it rolls across the floor so smooth too and light weight. My Hoover is heavy and hurts my wrist. This one is expensive but it's worth it! So easy to dump the hair too without having to get your hands dirty to do it.
HORRIBLE
I purchased this vacuum because I had a Shark VacMop and loved it. I needed something with more power because I am in the middle of remodeling my house. This vacuum is HORRIBLE! It's so loud and the suction is not even picking up dirt, it just drags it around when you love it back and forth. Such a disappointment.

Disappointed
Was so expecting so much more from Shark, not worth the money . We have two cats, says it is for pets , it doesn’t pick up litter hardly at all that they kick out of the box. Very disappointing . My old brand Tineco was 10 times better with suction. My husband accidentally broke it . Should have gone back with that brand!

If you want to be disappointed this is the one
I spent a lot of time reading about vacuums and watching reviews. I thought this one was a a great one however I ordered it today and was very disappointed. My dogs kill toys constantly and shed. My knees and back are so painful it's really hard for me to keep up with it. I thought this was a great idea until I put it to use. I still swept before and the few pieces of fuzz around the house were just pushed around.. If I was lucky to actually get it to suck it up those small little fuzz balls it literally hid it under the head so when I picked it up I was really disappointed. I also tried using it on our entry flat door rug that has very fine rocks from winter salt/sand we use, well it spit them out. I then was like okay at least it is a no mess dump. WRONG. The pet hair it did manage to take in made it stuck and I still had to use my hands to physically take the stuff out of the canister. 0/5 stars I don't recommend unless you want to be disappointed! I will be getting a CORDED shark with duo clean fins instead to help pick up hair. The worst part is I have to tell my husband he was right this definitely isn't the one. Lol

Annoying storage
The vacuum works as it should. However, I do not like the fact that you have to fold it up to store it. You cannot leave it upright otherwise it will fall over. I stop and go when I vacuum my hardwood floors, I do not want to have to fold it up every time I do this while I'm vacuuming. Had I known this before buying it, I probably would not have bought it.
