Great light weight vacuum! I’m amazed at how well it picks up even the smallest items!

Was so expecting so much more from Shark, not worth the money . We have two cats, says it is for pets , it doesn’t pick up litter hardly at all that they kick out of the box. Very disappointing . My old brand Tineco was 10 times better with suction. My husband accidentally broke it . Should have gone back with that brand!

Cleaning a 2,500 sq ft house, with a family that has long hair, allergies, a large dog, and lots of foot traffic, we needed a VERY good vacuum. We are all pleasantly surprised with it's suction power, friendly carry around weight (great if you have small hands), and long lasting battery. The first day we were too excited and didn't let it fully charge, still got the whole house vacuumed! second day we used it in our trucks and cars, it did a fantastic job and did I mention our dog who has always hated the sound of vacuums didn't mind us using this right beside them to vacuum his bed? yes, this was very well worth it. All Shark items in our house outlast competitor buys, hoping this also outlasts the rest!!

This is the first Shark product I've not loved. Overall the normal vacuum function seems to work fine on the rugs and hardwood, but it is extremely noisy. When you remove the main vacuum head, the hand held part has very minimal suction power making it almost useless. When I first purchased it, I thought I had a dud and they exchanged if for a new one. Unfortunately, the lack of suction and noise is the same with the new replacement.

Love Shark products but this one isn’t worth the $$!!! Awkward to charge due to charge port on top of unit that is not balanced enough to lean against the wall. 45 min (if that) battery time. Does fold but it isn’t a smooth process (I.e. battery and bin very top heavy). Missed the 90-day return window before I made up my mind. Likely to sell and likely my last Shark vacuum purchase.
