[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice deep tub which means we are doing fewer loads and saving water. It's very quiet. I really appreciate the notifications I get when loads are done, on my TV through the SmartThings APP. The only negative thing is that without a central agitator, my work clothes do not get as clean as they used to. As a tile setter, our old machine with an agitator in the middle beat the small bits of thinset off my clothes, this new machine thoroughly cleans my clothes but with no agitator, the thinset doesn't always come off. It's a trade off, this new machine is gentler on my clothes so I expect my work clothes will last longer but they will look more like work clothes.

Not bad nor impressed but I like it so far definitely add detergent along with using the auto dispenser thing cuz that thing chucks and if your in construction u won't like this washer cuz of debris that maybe on ur clothes will stay in the drum I vacuum that shipt out but overall im happy with it not quite nor loud but definitely quieter than the 1980s washer the old school shipt and u get a dang minute of music when done overall its worth it

The washer does not get clothes clean. It barely moves the clothes around. They literally sit and just barely move. It will have hardly enough water to cover the clothes unless we put it on deep wash every time no matter how many clothes are in there. There is no way to put a comforter or something big in it and it actually wash it. It has plenty of room but terrible at operating. Worst washer I ever had. The dryer takes a long time to dry. It was a very expensive set and I expected much more for my money!! So frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went with the Samsung top loading washer with Smart Features and Auto Dispense, and the matching front loading dryer. This set has been easy to learn to use and there are so many features that this is easily the best purchase we have made in awhile. We love the Auto Dispense, which gives the benefit of adding detergent and softener and letting the machine auto dispense it for each load. The inside of the washer is shiny and has a large capacity, and it is easy to do large loads. The SmartThings app enables us to use recipes for different types of loads and even alerts us when the washer and dryer cycles are done. I would hands down recommend this washer and dryer set.

I do not recommend this washer. I don't think it cleans well unless you use deep cycle and pod detergent. The top of the frame cracked 2 months after having it. I contacted Samsung through their website and was told it's my fault. The plastic on the top is very thin. When you lean over to grab the clothes it bends a little. I'm very frustrated. I can't imagine this will last much longer. The cover eventually will not close.

So far, my favorite is being able to use the SmartThings app to monitor the washer, and the Auto Dispenser System for the detergent and fabric softener. The Vibration Reduction Technology really makes a big difference with regards to noise - I can barely tell when the washer is running. This is the first top loading washer I have owned in a long time, and it has a very large capacity, large enough to wash several blankets in one load - and get them all very clean. I love the interior of the washer, it is so shiny and spacious. There are so many different settings to use for different loads, and the speed with which this washer finishes is amazing. I would highly recommend purchasing this washer along with the matching dryer.

I had not washed clothes for over a week or two while waiting for the replacement. I haven’t stopped washing. I am enjoying this and the dryer so much. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was our first time using a washer that was high-efficiency, so at first, we were taken aback by the seemingly low amount of water used during the cycle. However, we found out that it uses an optimal amount for its cleaning process to be efficient, and it saves on water usage as well. And if we need more, it has additional options to use more water. Everything we have put in it so far has come out cleaner than any washer we've had before, and having it hooked up to the rest of our SmartThings ecosystem has been working flawlessly. Just work on adding a shorter version of that completion song, please :) We are super happy with this new washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery took a bit but man was it worth it! We have been nothing short of excited about our new washer. To start of, the fact that it is not just a plain white color it really makes it pop. And with the rose gold dials.. Pretty darn cool. But now let's talk about what everyone is actually here for.. the washer! Let's start saying that we are coming from a front loading washer so we are thrilled that we don't have to bend over to open the door and put the clothes in.. this thing is HUGE. and the tub is super deep, but not so bad that you feel like you may throw your back out just by loading it. The different functions have been quite accurate for our liking (especially the delicate and the deep wash). The fact that it also have an auto sensing detergent dispenser, its a time saving beauty. You don't have to keep reloading it with detergent after every wash, just reload and forget.. forget until the nifty little app gives you a notification that is. The smart things app is paired nicely with this appliance. Not only does it alert you when you are running low of your detergent, but also gives you a heads up when your wash is complete and you can customize a wash to your own personal liking. One down side is that you cannot start the wash remotely, could've been a great win but we are not there yet. We had a big concern with the fact that this was a top loader and we worried that we would bang the door shut every time and eventually damage the washer.. well that concern never existed. It has a soft-close lid so it automatically closes with a very slow and gentle speed that wouldn't hurt a fly (or the washer). We are looking forward to having this washer for quite a while and are quite happy to hear there's a 20-year motor warranty with it. Let the good times roll! (or go swish swash)
