[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am LOVING my new Samsung Extra Large Capacity Washer! It has made laundry so much more efficient and simpler. I add my Detergent and fabric softner to the dispensers, adjust my dispense settings according to each load. I do not have to worry about using too much or not enough, it's always the perfect amount. The drum size has been awesome! I can put in my queen size comfortable and get a deep clean and rinses clean with no leftover residue. For my clothes, they have never been cleaner. They come our bright and clean everytime. No second washing needle. The smart features have been convenient with adjusting settings in between loads, checking time left in a cycle, letting me know when the cycle is finished, and I can also adjust for a quicker cycle midcycle all through my phone. The Smart things integration makes life easier! The washer runs smooth, quiet and has been providing an easy and efficient way to do my laundy. I highly recommend this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is of a normal size but the capacity is huge! It can fit all my house 4 people bedding and towels on one wash cycle! Its silent and no or minimum vibration, the automatic laundry detergent pulling is also a great feature to avoid back and forth with the measure cup. The app is also an amazing feature and allows me to create a personalized cycle, monitor the cycle in progress and inform me on the energy consumption. I would like if I could alter a standard cycle, for example the white or colors so not only me could send it from the app but my help didn’t need to do it, and I could have it set as standard - edited. The self cleaning is a new function for me and it’s great when I have a cleaning from floor rugs, outdoors and want to wash my kids clothes after.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was our first time using a washer that was high-efficiency, so at first, we were taken aback by the seemingly low amount of water used during the cycle. However, we found out that it uses an optimal amount for its cleaning process to be efficient, and it saves on water usage as well. And if we need more, it has additional options to use more water. Everything we have put in it so far has come out cleaner than any washer we've had before, and having it hooked up to the rest of our SmartThings ecosystem has been working flawlessly. Just work on adding a shorter version of that completion song, please :) We are super happy with this new washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my eyes on this washer for quite some time and was thrilled to be able to participate in this opportunity. This washer has the biggest wash tub in it that I could find in my endeavor to accommodate king sized bedding. This machine has such intuitive settings it was pretty easy to learn to use. It was super easy to add to my Samsung SmartThings App with the scan of a QR code. I was skeptical of the cleaning ability of a machine without a central agitator. This machine is gentler on my clothes but does not do the best job removing debris from my husband's work clothes. The old workhorse we had scrubbed those pants clean, I have been playing with the settings to see if I can get the perfect combination to help with this issue. I am confident we will find a solution. I love the tune the machine plays at the end of the cycle but what I really LOVE is the notification on my TV when it's time to switch the laundry since my laundry room is at the opposite side of my house.

I do not recommend this washer. I don't think it cleans well unless you use deep cycle and pod detergent. The top of the frame cracked 2 months after having it. I contacted Samsung through their website and was told it's my fault. The plastic on the top is very thin. When you lean over to grab the clothes it bends a little. I'm very frustrated. I can't imagine this will last much longer. The cover eventually will not close.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery took a bit but man was it worth it! We have been nothing short of excited about our new washer. To start of, the fact that it is not just a plain white color it really makes it pop. And with the rose gold dials.. Pretty darn cool. But now let's talk about what everyone is actually here for.. the washer! Let's start saying that we are coming from a front loading washer so we are thrilled that we don't have to bend over to open the door and put the clothes in.. this thing is HUGE. and the tub is super deep, but not so bad that you feel like you may throw your back out just by loading it. The different functions have been quite accurate for our liking (especially the delicate and the deep wash). The fact that it also have an auto sensing detergent dispenser, its a time saving beauty. You don't have to keep reloading it with detergent after every wash, just reload and forget.. forget until the nifty little app gives you a notification that is. The smart things app is paired nicely with this appliance. Not only does it alert you when you are running low of your detergent, but also gives you a heads up when your wash is complete and you can customize a wash to your own personal liking. One down side is that you cannot start the wash remotely, could've been a great win but we are not there yet. We had a big concern with the fact that this was a top loader and we worried that we would bang the door shut every time and eventually damage the washer.. well that concern never existed. It has a soft-close lid so it automatically closes with a very slow and gentle speed that wouldn't hurt a fly (or the washer). We are looking forward to having this washer for quite a while and are quite happy to hear there's a 20-year motor warranty with it. Let the good times roll! (or go swish swash)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is very nice but it took me a few loads to figure out how to work the self detergent and softener dispenser. This is not covered in the user manual. Did not understand the blinking lights. Called service department which was no help.

Not bad nor impressed but I like it so far definitely add detergent along with using the auto dispenser thing cuz that thing chucks and if your in construction u won't like this washer cuz of debris that maybe on ur clothes will stay in the drum I vacuum that shipt out but overall im happy with it not quite nor loud but definitely quieter than the 1980s washer the old school shipt and u get a dang minute of music when done overall its worth it

Just bought this washer and I am still on the fence with it. I put in a medium size load on quick wash. Being the first wash in it, of course I watched the whole cycle through the glass top. Maybe I shouldn't have, but for the price I wanted to see how and how well it worked without a central agitator column. My first complaint was that the water level never reached the top of my clothes. After a few minutes of it washing, the tops of my clothes were still dry. So...I paused the cycle and added more water by using the "deep fill" setting until my clothes were submerged. Maybe I don't fully understand washers in this day and age, but if clothes are dry they aren't being cleaned. While it was washing I noted that there was not much "agitation" and the clothes on top stayed on top and just shimmied around. After it went through the wash cycle and transitioned to rinse, the water poured into the cavity made from the spinning. Not a lot of rinsing if you ask me. It's plenty big, but I am afraid that just means more clothes will be put in and will increase wear on the components. We have pets and I am concerned that it will not remove the dog hairs that pet owners live with. I am going to give a few more tries before I make a decision on keeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is sooooo deep I love it. I was against the white washer but it is so beautiful to look at with the rose gold. This washer is can wash a big winter comforter which is AMAZING! The auto dispenser softener and detergent is also a plus. I currently have no complaints with the washer itself. I do have the Smart Things app with I use for other Samsung appliances and it’s AMAZING but the washer is having a hard time to connect to the app. I think my wifi is a bit out of range but I’m determined to get it to connect as I too love that app.
