[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm just getting started with this machine, but so far it's checking all the boxes. It's a high tech monster of a washer! I'm looking forward to seeing it up to wash on demand. I've washed 3 loads so far - one of them a heavy load- and they are coming out completely clean. I love that the drum FILLS UP with water, unlike other washers I've used. The machine is fast and quiet, hums along and finishes if with a cute chime to let me know my wash is finished. Oh- also great is it has so many wash and rinse options to choose from. Most notably, there's options of how many rinses you can have! I hate soapy residue on my laundry, so this is really cool. The extra large drum is so big I could almost fit my bed in there! It's going to be fantastic for washing quilts and blankets. (Who wants to send those off to the cleaners to mingle with strangers' linens?!) So, here's my early review. Hoping it lasts longer than my Maytag.

Lots of great features,it performs wonderfully and you can tell the tech is too notch. It's rich looking, we love the ivory color with the black. Great job Samsung. Hope this one lasts 15yrs for us. The auto-dispense feature works very well, so I don’t have to deal with detergent every time. Highly convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity is great love the stainless steel drum. The technology is also great. And the design is beautiful. I can’t say much about the performance since I only had it for a few days but so far it’s good.

Bought this washer for the Pet hair removal obviously. Very disappointing just went ahead and removed the filters because it didn't catch much. You have to clean the filters every single wash or your next load will smell like dog. My next issue is the paint job so thin and cheaply done. Scratches appeared immediately. Even the glass scratches easily the lid. I love the color. I've attached photos so you can see. I've had the Machine less than a year. I'm not even sure how the scratches happen. I only wash towels in it. We use a lot of towels every day. And when we wash the dogs, we dry them with the towels. I also bought it for the large capacity feature. see attached pictures.
