The washer eliminates all the guesswork: just add your laundry, select the appropriate setting, and walk away. It truly makes doing laundry easier and more enjoyable.

We’ve had this washer for 6 years and have had issues for the last year. The washing machine is constantly unbalanced and has wasted countless amounts of water, even for the smallest loads. We have tried all of the troubleshooting tips and nothing has worked. We have resorted to hang wringing clothes if we do not want to waste an entire day on ONE load of laundry. We tolerated this for an entire year until last week the lid no longer locks. To avoid further frustration with attempting costly repairs, time and energy- we’re pitching to the curb and purchasing a more reliable brand. Extremely disappointed in the longevity of such an expensive appliance.
