[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love that I can wash my extra large blankets, etc in the washer. It does a great job. My only problem with it is because I'm only 5'2” I have to use a pick up grabber to reach items in the very bottom of the washer.

We’ve had this washer for 6 years and have had issues for the last year. The washing machine is constantly unbalanced and has wasted countless amounts of water, even for the smallest loads. We have tried all of the troubleshooting tips and nothing has worked. We have resorted to hang wringing clothes if we do not want to waste an entire day on ONE load of laundry. We tolerated this for an entire year until last week the lid no longer locks. To avoid further frustration with attempting costly repairs, time and energy- we’re pitching to the curb and purchasing a more reliable brand. Extremely disappointed in the longevity of such an expensive appliance.

It's quiet, fast, and has plenty of washing options for different types of clothes. The water-saving feature works great and the drum is large enough for big loads. I also like the sleek design and the digital display, which is very easy to use. Clothes come out clean and fresh every time. Definitely a solid and efficient washer.

Do laundry based on like clothes and select appropriate options. There are like 10 options. Looks beautiful and it's well designed.

Worst washer we ever owned. Will never buy this type again. Constantly spins out of balance no matter how you adjust the close, takes an entire day to wash one load of close. In the spin only mode it constantly reverts back to rinse mode and will do this over and over wasting gallons of water. Give me my old washer back.

So the machines themselves seem fine. This rating is about the delivery process. Sams uses some 3rd party to delivery and install. So I'm not sure what went wrong on who's end, but I'm not a satisfied customer. Everything went okay until the day of delivery. They ended up coming after the initial time window they gave me (so 4 hours of waiting for nothing). The machines were delivered and they had no record of a haul away for my old machines. Now these machines were offered at other big box stores but I chose to purchase them through sams because of the delivery policy they offered (delivery, haul away, and install including the required hardware all included). The delivery team also informed me that their team does not install anything. After some phone calls on their end they ended up hauling away my old units, and my new ones just sat in my garage. After calling sams back another team was scheduled to come back and perform the install. 2 days later they showed up only to not show up with any of the required hardware for the install(hoses and electiric cord). My family could not wait any longer for laundry, so I took a trip to the hardware store and got the hardware myself for just under $100. I brought the units into the laundry room and intalled them myself. Then after another call to sams to update them I was not offered any resolution/compensation for my part in doing other people's jobs. Sams needs to do better here on a few levels. Again we haven't even used the machines yet, but I was definitely not satisfied with the delivery/installation experience.

Lots of great features,it performs wonderfully and you can tell the tech is too notch. It's rich looking, we love the ivory color with the black. Great job Samsung. Hope this one lasts 15yrs for us. I think we're going to buy the matching dryer this week to go with it

We needed an extra large washer and This dishwasher does not disappoint. It has a slate design that is beautiful easy to read display. Even young adult children are impressed with a slate design and technology that it offers.
