[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. It is easy to use, quiet and attractive. Our laundry space is near our main living area so we value quiet and attractive appliances.

We’ve had this washer for 6 years and have had issues for the last year. The washing machine is constantly unbalanced and has wasted countless amounts of water, even for the smallest loads. We have tried all of the troubleshooting tips and nothing has worked. We have resorted to hang wringing clothes if we do not want to waste an entire day on ONE load of laundry. We tolerated this for an entire year until last week the lid no longer locks. To avoid further frustration with attempting costly repairs, time and energy- we’re pitching to the curb and purchasing a more reliable brand. Extremely disappointed in the longevity of such an expensive appliance.

The washer eliminates all the guesswork: just add your laundry, select the appropriate setting, and walk away. It truly makes doing laundry easier and more enjoyable.

Worst washer we ever owned. Will never buy this type again. Constantly spins out of balance no matter how you adjust the close, takes an entire day to wash one load of close. In the spin only mode it constantly reverts back to rinse mode and will do this over and over wasting gallons of water. Give me my old washer back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful machine! Love all the possibilities! I can do extra large loads which I love. The design is perfect for my needs and I love all the features it has, especially the technology that is has to do laundry from anywhere. The performance is also very impressive.

Bought this washer for the Pet hair removal obviously. Very disappointing just went ahead and removed the filters because it didn't catch much. You have to clean the filters every single wash or your next load will smell like dog. My next issue is the paint job so thin and cheaply done. Scratches appeared immediately. Even the glass scratches easily the lid. I love the color. I've attached photos so you can see. I've had the Machine less than a year. I'm not even sure how the scratches happen. I only wash towels in it. We use a lot of towels every day. And when we wash the dogs, we dry them with the towels. I also bought it for the large capacity feature. see attached pictures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] High capacity, ideal for large loads, bed sheets, comforters. Hi-tech features. Best results when you don't mix clothes. Do laundry based on like clothes and select appropriate options. There are like 10 options. Looks beautiful and it's well designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Features, Capacity, Performance, Design and Quality This machine has it all, sleek and stylish design with a tremendous capacity for extra large loads, automated dispensing of detergent and softener if needed, multiple settings for an easy clean everytime. No rewashing needed. Can wash multiple items at a time and it is whisper quiet, even when in spin mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love that I can wash my extra large blankets, etc in the washer. It does a great job. My only problem with it is because I'm only 5'2” I have to use a pick up grabber to reach items in the very bottom of the washer.
