So far, my favorite is being able to use the SmartThings app to monitor the washer, and the Auto Dispenser System for the detergent and fabric softener. The Vibration Reduction Technology really makes a big difference with regards to noise - I can barely tell when the washer is running. This is the first top loading washer I have owned in a long time, and it has a very large capacity, large enough to wash several blankets in one load - and get them all very clean. I love the interior of the washer, it is so shiny and spacious. There are so many different settings to use for different loads, and the speed with which this washer finishes is amazing. I would highly recommend purchasing this washer along with the matching dryer.

It has been really handy to be able to adjust the different cycles. If this washer is as good as other samsung products that I have purchased i will be very pleased

Has broken 3 times. Once the motherboard fried, second time the interface panel died, third time the hinge broke off the plastic. Nothing but problems and have only had it for 2 years.
