Not bad nor impressed but I like it so far definitely add detergent along with using the auto dispenser thing cuz that thing chucks and if your in construction u won't like this washer cuz of debris that maybe on ur clothes will stay in the drum I vacuum that shipt out but overall im happy with it not quite nor loud but definitely quieter than the 1980s washer the old school shipt and u get a dang minute of music when done overall its worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 5.5 works amazing for king sized comforters. I appreciate the auto detergent and softener dispense systems. There are various settings that I've used including super speed and deep fill. I use the SmartThings app which lets me know when the wash is done. It is quiet and powerful with a soft close lid. I am 5'7" and have no issues pulling out laundry to put in dryer, however, someone smaller may not be able to reach the bottom of the tub.

Works amazing and love the liquid despenser option, the machine use what need it and keep the rest for the next load.

The washer does not get clothes clean. It barely moves the clothes around. They literally sit and just barely move. It will have hardly enough water to cover the clothes unless we put it on deep wash every time no matter how many clothes are in there. There is no way to put a comforter or something big in it and it actually wash it. It has plenty of room but terrible at operating. Worst washer I ever had. The dryer takes a long time to dry. It was a very expensive set and I expected much more for my money!! So frustrating

I also love the self cleaning cycle that helps to keep out mold, etc. It is a pretty washer on top of all of its functions and it’s the perfect size in capacity. Not to mention it really cleans your clothes. We bought the companion dryer as well and am super happy with it.
