This 4Door Flex is ideal. It gives me the best of both worlds. Water/beverage center is inside the sleek glass door fronts for a modern clean look, In addition, the wonderful customizable panels so you can match your decor.

I bought this refrigerator about 8 months ago and we love it! The design makes it relatively easy to keep the refrigerator clean. The ice maker is awesome and the ability to turn the ice on and off keeps it from being out of control and clogging up. My last fridge made like 20 ice cubes at best. This one stores quite a bit. The flex space is also super convenient, but frankly it's the design that keeps it from becoming a unidentified frozen object space.

Love the design and layout of unit. The ice makers however are awful. The constantly dispense broken ice, cubes and bites - we have removed, defrosted, cleaned and reset multiple times. Issue keeps occurring. The water tubes to the trays are not iced over and are clear - water sometimes spills out of trays and then ices up the drawer and trays. Super frustrating design and to deal with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched from the 'Smart Hub" 4 door unit for simplification purposes and to abate future problems with the Hub (Computer.) The unit is humongous to say the least...Impressive in virtually every aspect i.e. innovation,particularly with the ice cube dispensar. Very deep shelving which allows for more than adequate storage however, we were astonished there is no "Deli Drawer" in this Unit and we're still wondering WHY? Our Deli-Drawer was probably one of the Most utilized storage spaces in ALL of our previous Refrigerators. ( 'Might want to rethink something there.) The internal Water Pitcher is unique and my wife absolutely LOVES IT! She even slices lemon up and puts in the water...Pretty nifty!

I never knew what an important part of our house this product was until we changed what we had! I’ll go step by step with pros and cons based off my/our opinion on this! SmartThings App : I am the only one in the house with the app. It is easy to use and convenient if you need to change the flex zone or lighting/ice options. I was able to adjust what time I’d like the lighting to be dimmed at night when opening the fridge, which I think is a nice feature. Another considerate option is to not make ice at night, which isn’t very loud anyways but, I turned it on because it seems to make too much ice that the tray gets too full. You don’t need the app to change the flex zone, so in general it’s not really needed. I have young children and they like to leave our fridge open for longer than it should be and the app alerts me if this is done and also alerts me if the door is closed. The door app I’m not sure if I’d rate as a pro or con but mostly pro I suppose so it’s never accidentally left open! Capacity: Overall I have no complaint about capacity. Pro is the Flexzone’s ability to not just be a freezer. My toddler wouldn’t be able to reach the top fridge so we turned that into his own “baby fridge”. So for him this was world changing to have his own little fridge to himself. For me I’ll just change it back to a freezer if needed. Beverage Center : I think the beverage center is so snazzy and helpful! It enhances the capacity to hold more and provides more options! Dual Ice Maker : So this is more of a pro, I love that there’s two kinds of ice and ice bits are great. It does get overly full and when you scoop it out, it tends to fall in the back which a con. This should be able to be adjusted to make less ice. I don’t even want to know how much ice has already fallen behind it. Fingerprint resistant stainless: My real only con on this fridge. By having little ones this happens often. So it does sort of have less fingerprint marks but they still are prevalent. I’m hoping if we change the door panels to a different color this might be a better option. The fridge does clean up easy enough though. This isn’t a big enough deal to not recommend. A big pro in my eyes and something noticeable about this fridge is how it doesn’t have door handles, I believe that makes it look so sleek and modern. Overall love this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with my new fridge. We are completely renovating our kitchen, and this fridge came just in time. It looks so nice with our upgraded cabinetry as well as other appliances. But most of all, I love how organized it keeps me. The ability to customize the door panels as well as the four different compartments, make it one of my favorite refrigerators that I’ve had so far. All the food that I’ve put in it stays fresh. The beverage center is one of my favorites as well. I’ve gotten rid of my separate icemaker because now everything is incorporated into the fridge. I also love how much more space I have to not only store more items but also neatly organize them! I was able to get rid of second small fridge that we kept to store additional milk gallons or juice cartons etc. The refrigerator looks so sleek and modern but is super easy to maintain because the stainless steel is fingerprint resistant. That means my toddler isn’t constantly leaving prints on the bottom half of the fridge anymore. I love it so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TALK ABOUT OBESSSSED. We are the biggest SAMSUNG fans out there, every appliance in our house is Samsung! We had the smart fridge 2021 stainless steel top 2 French style, bottom freezer. Don’t get me wrong, the computer is snazzy, fancy, & everyone of our guests LOVED it. But I personally could do without another thing needing internet connection. I finally convinced my husband to let me upgrade our main fridge to the 4 door flex & now I can’t wait to have EVERY COLOR. Also a red glass & green glass in the future is a must, because mamma want a panel for every season ;D The thing i love most about the flex, is the FLEX!!!!!! I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and was able to convert the bottom right section of to a fridge for the kids! Now my son is not up in the middle bar of the fridge handing his dirty feet all over like he was in the smart fridge we had prior. I’m a Montessori mama & having the availability for my kids to grab a drink & snack when they want is SOOOO important for their developmental to our family.! Thank you Samsung for always taking care of the Le family! We are forever LOYAL! Next up, upgrade to BESPOKE WASHER & DRYER!! (My current set is also Samsung new from 2021 but now i feeel like the whole family should BESOKE hehe )
