[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Samsung refrigerator. For a counter depth model, this fridge has tons of space. It is such a pleasure to use and allows me the ability to easily organize everything which is a blessing with 2 teenagers. I previously had a single drawer freezer which was always a mess but this fridge with its side by side freezer sections is so much better and the flex zone, which we use as a freezer, is great to have in case I need more fridge space for the holidays. The icing on the cake is the autofill pitcher. I didn’t realize how much I would love this. I use it to fill my water glass, the coffee maker, the dog’s water bowls, and pretty much anything else that requires water. It is extremely convenient and so much faster than the built in water dispenser. There’s also the beverage center and the 2 types of ice in the freezer.

I saw it in a Korean drama last year, I wanted it so bad. The beverage center is my favorite. The adjustable shelves are very helpful and roomy. Many colors to pick from, the glass panels are easy to clean and look great. The double freezers are perfect for my needs; one side keeps all ice cubes and eye masks, the other side keeps all frozen foods and pizza. Plus, shipping company did a good job to set it up for me and took away the old fridge. I have no complaints. You won't be disappointed.

We bought the Samsung 23cu ft smart counter depth bespoke fridge and we couldn’t be more than happy with that. The color fits perfectly wity our kitchen. The lines are clean and modern. It has 4 doors(5 if you include the bar one). So far so good! The delivery was fast and ok the spot. They were beyond nice and attentive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung BESPOKE 4-Door Flex™ refrigerator (with customizable glass color panels featuring the beverage center and dual ice maker with Ice Bites) was finally delivered yesterday, and other than the Navy color being much darker than anticipated it is an amazing appliance! The Wifi connectivity is actually useful, and I've transferred everything from my old fridge/freezer and there's gobs of extra room! Love the beverage center with infusable water pitcher, and the crisper drawer and bottom right unit that can be either freezer or fridge. The lighting is beautiful and the anti-slip glass shelf is a lovely added feature, and also the fingerprint resistant surface. Like all Samsung fridges, the door-open alarm is a handy feature too. The temp settings actually run colder than indicated, which is not usually the case so I'm glad it's not too warm. If you like both form AND function with a stylish look this is your refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our 10-year-old Samsung fridge finally died, we were hesitant to buy another Samsung because getting our old one serviced was so difficult. After a while, new components were scarce, and even water filters were difficult to come by. I couldn't help but notice how lovely this refrigerator is. I performed my homework, watched it expand in the Asian market, and decided it was worth a shot. This beautiful refrigerator makes a statement in the kitchen because to its elegant design, which avoids the bulbous appearance of other refrigerators on the market. We were relieved to get rid of the drawer freezer and replace it with a four-door one. We haven't had to change out the flex section because it's now being used as a deli fridge. There is no longer an ice maker in the refrigerator; it has been moved to the freezer, where it belongs, freeing up refrigerator space. Cubes and nuggets are the two sizes available. Note that ice nuggets are not chewable like sonic ice, but they are large enough to cool your liquid quickly. We're still attempting to figure out how to collect ice without spilling any. The autofill pitcher with a diffuser is another feature we like. We use it to make infused water on occasion. This feature is a nice addition because I used to keep a pitcher of water in my old fridge so that chilled water was always available. When I bought this fridge there were only colors available. When I'm ready, I would love to switch out the panels to different designs if they ever come available. We have Samsung phones, so syncing it with the SmartThings app was easy. Definitely worth the price!

Be very careful - Samsung knows there are issues with this product and the ice maker. Purchased and ice maker froze and poured water ruining hardwood floor. Owned for just over a year. Called Samsung and they claimed it’s not their issue. Had to file homeowners claim- and after reading online this is a well known issue. Confirmed by multiple repair companies who have worked on our fridge. This should be illegal- will not purchase Samsung again!!

The smart things app is great if you want to control your fridge at your convenience., like changing the temperature or changing modes in flex crisper. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel looks luxurious and a great feature too. The flex zone is great because I don’t need a huge freezer and it has the option for turning it into a fridge from a freezer. You also get two types of ice and a beverage zone with an autofill pitcher. Overall, it’s a pretty good fridge, highly recommend!

There are so many things we really like about this fridge. We love the beverage center and the built in water pitcher for filtered water. We love that the 4th compartment can be used for fruits and vegetables since we don't need a large freezer but do need more refrigerator space. HOWEVER, the mini ice cube maker in our fridge never worked - it caused the freezer to ice over every time we turned it on, so we leave it off (not a big deal for us). Then, 2 1/2 years after purchase, there was ice buildup that blocked the refrigerator fan and caused the refrigerator section to stop cooling. Bottom line - it's a well thought out refrigerator with great features but HORRIBLE engineering.

I have had Samsung fridges in the past which is why I consider them again but the level of customization on this fridge would blow your mind. This can be good and bad. The wife and I can make it fit an aesthetic she is going for. Bad when she changes that look she will than opt to buy the different panels to change its look. We currently have 3 different sets including a Dancy winter wonderland version. Past the design the function of a fridge is solid. Keeps stuff cold and the freezer doesn't have that awful freezer drawer I have had on other models. If you want to add to your kitchens look with a quality fridge this si the way to go.
