After a year I can say that as much as I love this refrigerator I hate is just as much. To replace the water filters you have to move your whole refrigerator to turn the water off before you can add the new water filter. If you do not you will get water sprayed EVERYWHERE. Another thing I hate is that the water jug does not always fill. about 98% of the time it does not fill. That started around the nine month marker however by the time I was able to see if it was covered under warranty, the warranty lapsed. Now for the lings I love, I love the bright lights, how all four doors open, how one of the compartments can be a freezer or a fridge, the draws on the bottom pull out which is amazing, and I LOVE the space.

However, when I saw this one with all its features, I convinced myself that my old fridge wasn't good enough anymore. My very favorite feature is the beverage center with the self-filling pitcher. I know that a self-filling pitcher seems minor, but it is a GAME CHANGER. I also love the two kinds of ice it makes, and the ice scoop is a very cute touch. The sections make it easy to stay organized and there is a lot of room! My former refrigerator was jam packed, but once I moved everything to this one, I would say I am using about 70% of capacity? I have not utilized the Smart Things App too much, but my partner has, and she mentions she enjoys it a lot because she can adjust the settings from anywhere. For example, being able to adjust the light inside the fridge maybe isn't the most necessary feature for us, but it is fun. I haven't noticed any fingerprints on the outside since we got the fridge, so clearly the fingerprint-resistant steel is working!

There are eight different colors and two types of material to mix and match. We chose glass white for the two top panels and matte black steel for the two bottom panels. We absolutely love the contrast and makes the refrigerator the centerpiece of our kitchen. Not only does the refrigerator shine in the aesthetics department, it also shines in the functionality department. With 29 cu ft of space, it easily handles our family of five. Speaking of features, this refrigerator is loaded. 1) There's a convenient beverage center with it's separate door access so you don't have to open the whole refrigerator. There's a chilled water pitcher which you can infuse with your favorite fruit or vegetable. Of course there is the traditional water dispenser next to it. 2) You get two types of ice cubes from the two ice makers built-in. This is my kid's favorite feature as they love to chomp on the ice bite cubes. 3) The bottom right freezer can be converted to a refrigerator as needed...ingenious 4) The bottom half freezer both features pull out drawers to keep your freezer organized and easy to find what you need. The refrigerator is whisper quiet. I cannot hear when the it is running. Even after three weeks of owning this refrigerator, I still admire it the design and aesthetics. As my title says, 'Art has met the refrigerator appliance world', and it is good.

I prefer to have the ice drawers concealed and ready to scoop when I need ice. My guests seemed to be impressed by this design. No cons to date!

Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex is the most customizable refrigerator I've ever seen. It allows us to customize the way the outside look to match with our home décor. We chose the two tone glass panel. It matches our kitchen cabinet. Besides the look of the fridge, the inside. is more of a French Style which we love but because of the space in this area. We can only have a side by side. This fridge allows us to have the best of both world. A French style fridge on the top, with a side-by-side functionality for our home. The automatic water dispenser re-filler is exceptional. We use that on a daily basis since we enjoy cold water. It will automatically refill it without us having to fill it up. The French style on top allows us to hold large items like a large birthday cake without any issue. I love all the drawers for our condiments as well as fruits and vegetables last longer in the drawers. The icemaker makes two size ice which my daughter loves the smaller size for her to eat. In all honesty at first i thought the freezer was gonna be small since we are a family of seven and I usually shop for everything at once. But everything fitted perfectly. Everyone’s favorite feature of the fridge is the drink station, my kids love that they can just open the door and get their drinks with out having to be looking for them on the fridge. Also let’s talk about the two types of ice it makes!! It’s just wow! I love that I can know when my kids leave the door open since it has a two minute alarm that rings if the door is left open. As a mother of small children I can tell you one of the best things of the fridge it’s that it is finger print resistant and very easy to clean. Definitely recommend!! I have not yet used the SmartThings app I did connect it but haven’t opened it since The installers left the ideal temperature on. I hope in the future I can change all my appliances to Samsung.

I saw it in a Korean drama last year, I wanted it so bad. The beverage center is my favorite. The adjustable shelves are very helpful and roomy. Many colors to pick from, the glass panels are easy to clean and look great. The double freezers are perfect for my needs; one side keeps all ice cubes and eye masks, the other side keeps all frozen foods and pizza. Plus, shipping company did a good job to set it up for me and took away the old fridge. I have no complaints. You won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung BESPOKE 4-Door Flex™ refrigerator (with customizable glass color panels featuring the beverage center and dual ice maker with Ice Bites) was finally delivered yesterday, and other than the Navy color being much darker than anticipated it is an amazing appliance! The Wifi connectivity is actually useful, and I've transferred everything from my old fridge/freezer and there's gobs of extra room! Love the beverage center with infusable water pitcher, and the crisper drawer and bottom right unit that can be either freezer or fridge. The lighting is beautiful and the anti-slip glass shelf is a lovely added feature, and also the fingerprint resistant surface. Like all Samsung fridges, the door-open alarm is a handy feature too. The temp settings actually run colder than indicated, which is not usually the case so I'm glad it's not too warm. If you like both form AND function with a stylish look this is your refrigerator!
