We have 3 little ones at home and the finger smudge free technology is perfect for these little sticky fingers. The fridge is easy to install, spacious and the sliding shelves make it so easy to store and getting my food. I'm obsessed with the beverage center. Auto fill pitched is a time saver and the water tastes amazingly good! The duo ice maker is a game changer for the ice lover in me - Different kinds of ice for different occasions. The UV light eliminates odor, which make the fridge always smelling good and fresh! Flexzone also allow the flexibility to usage my fridge/freezer space. This fridge was designed with consumers in mind while looking so chic and sleek, which fits right into our new built kitchen!

It’s HUGE inside, feels nice and sturdy and there are so many great features that we LOVE! Pros: •The glass panels are amazing! They are super easy to clean, resist smudges and gone are the days of worrying about dents in the front of my fridge. My husband loves the fact that it isn’t magnetic on the front with the glass panels and it then doesn’t become cluttered. • The sliding freezer drawers are AMAZING! It makes it so much easier to see what’s inside when you are getting a grocery list or dinner idea together. They feel nice and sturdy and slide with ease. • The water pitcher/dispenser. It’s in a great spot so you don’t have to worry about little hands accidentally touching it and spilling water all over your floor and the auto filling pitcher is fantastic for when you want to fill a big bottle quickly or have out when everyone is gathered around the table so you don’t have to keep getting up to fill glasses • Storage. I swear every spot that you hope would have storage in this HAS IT! •Easy to clean. The shelves and drawers all wipe down super easy and so does the outside panels! •interior user panel/wifi connection. I honestly thought I would never want to connect my phone to my fridge but it’s super convenient for turning on/off the ice and auto fill pitcher and it will also send you a notification if one of the doors is left open and the small panel on the inside of the fridge is easy to use (and clean) as well! Cons: •it took FOREVER to come (but was 100% worth the wait and with everything on back order due to COVID wasn’t surprising) and one of our ice bins was broken. •Adjustment. Not much availability to move the height of the shelves in the freezer area although the fridge area does wonderful in that regard.

We recently moved to a new place that required us to find a fridge that fit our needs, budget and lifestyle. This checked every box for me and my family. We love the Beverage Center that comes with a built in-water dispenser and a pitcher that automatically refills. The capacity of this fridge is huge! I’m able to do a full grocery store haul and still have left over space for when we get takeout. Also, the bottom right is a “FlexZone” that allows us to pick if we want it to be a fridge or freezer which is awesome. For events, were able to dedicate the whole space to beverages. No more filling up that ice chest with expensive ice. Oh speaking of ice, you have two (2) ice types that have huge trays and a convenient little scoop. The integrated SmartThings App allows me to add food to a list that lets me and my wife know what we have and how long we have it. I’m the worst at making sure food is used or disposed of in a reasonable time so the app keeps me honest. We have a toddle who loves putting their grimy little fingers over everything. Our model has the Fingerprint Resistant model which reduces the ugly smudges that tend to plague other models. This feature is a must for those with little ones. All and all, if you’re in the market, highly check this model out. We love it and have no regrets.

The beverage center is a very nice addition and the ice maker is vastly superior to our old Frigidaire. It is counter depth so I was a little concerned about interior volume but it's very spacious and well designed.. The fingerprint resistant Stainless is better than normal but still will show fingerprints. All in all this has been a very good purchase. I would add that the Smart Things App is a very nice addition to have. The best part is the two different sized ice cubes in the beverage center. Makes any cooling you need to do almost instant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Samsung Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door Flex 23 cu. ft. Refrigerator with Beverage Center for a few weeks now and love the upgrade from my previous refrigerator. - The Beverage Center™ is a unique and interesting way to save space while also saving on energy and keeping your fridge cold. This is a feature that I truly did not know that I needed until I had a refrigerator with this feature. - The Dual Ice maker is nice, but not convenient. The trays are difficult to access and spill ice when you access them. It is however great to have two different kinds of ice that don’t have to be large ice cubes or crushed. - The FlexZone™ is another feature that is a fantastic addition. I love having the ability to adjust that section to be a freezer, drink fridge or just have additional fridge space. The ability to choose what I need and when I need it is a great addition. - The Finger Resistant Stainless-Steel doors are exactly that. Any fingerprints that do show up are very easy to clean. - The Slide-In shelf and available storage is very sleek and spacious. There is more than enough space for everything that my family needs with room to spare. All-in-all this fridge is fantastic. It fits perfectly in my kitchen and has proven to be everything advertised with a little bit extra. I would absolutely recommend this refrigerator.

I loved this fridge when I bought it for all of the features. However, it died before it was four years old. We went 3 weeks without a fridge while Samsung sent the tech guy out to try and fix it 3 times to no avail. After 3 weeks without a fridge we had to go and buy a new fridge. Sadly, we wanted the features of this fridge but went with a non Samsung for reliability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my fridge for several weeks now and all I can say is that it’s perfect. We are in love with it. In all honesty at first i thought the freezer was gonna be small since we are a family of seven and I usually shop for everything at once. But everything fitted perfectly. Everyone’s favorite feature of the fridge is the drink station, my kids love that they can just open the door and get their drinks with out having to be looking for them on the fridge. Also let’s talk about the two types of ice it makes!! It’s just wow! I love that I can know when my kids leave the door open since it has a two minute alarm that rings if the door is left open. As a mother of small children I can tell you one of the best things of the fridge it’s that it is finger print resistant and very easy to clean. Definitely recommend!! I have not yet used the SmartThings app I did connect it but haven’t opened it since The installers left the ideal temperature on. I hope in the future I can change all my appliances to Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator! The sleek design with built in handles looks great in our newly repainted kitchen. Some of my favorite features include: A "Beverage Center" with internal dispenser, because I don't like the unsightly look of exterior door dispensers, which are harder to keep clean, and children away from them. The beverage center also includes an AutoFill Infused Water Pitcher, which convenience has enhanced our lives, and has us enjoying a great deal of more water every day! Another great feature is the Dual Auto Ice Maker with Ice Bites. The larger ice cubes are actually cubed shaped which I prefer over the standard half moon shaped ones. The bite ice is great. My kids love it. I just want to be very clear that this bite ice is a smaller version of the other cubed ice, and it isn't the soft ice that you might be thinking of that comes from a certain fast food chain. The FlexZone is perfect for my needs where I can adjust the temperature of that area based on my needs and what I have to put into that location at any particular time. It has Wi-Fi Connectivity to check and adjust the settings. Another great feature is that you can choose from several different Custom Door Panels to suit your decoration style. Stay tuned for more details to follow, but for starters, I do highly suggest that future buyers note the measurements and understand that there needs to be about a four inch clearance for doors to open. The only inconvenience that we've had so far is that our door panels apparently had a manufacturing flaw, and there are "bubbles" like you see with contact paper beneath the glass which tops the four door panels. Samsung has new panels on their way to us, and the flaw affects the aesthetics and not the function of the unit. I will update as soon as we receive the new flawless door panels, and our experience receiving them.
