[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an older Maytag that stopped cooling low enough to make ice. This refrigerator keeps both areas at a constant temperature. Lots of usable storage. The drawback is the shelf spacing. The shelves have premeasured slots not allowing for large container storage like liter soda bottles and gallon milk container. Either need to adjust shelf leaving one shelf thin for specialty storage or remove a shelf and loose the storage area.

We purchased this french door, lower freezer LG frig about 2 months ago. We like the convenience of placing foods at an arms length, however, we would prefer to place our milk jugs on the shelves, closer to the back of the frig, instead of on the door compartments which is a tight squeeze. There is no adaptable way to rearrange the shelves in order to accommodate the milk or orange juice cartons without losing a shelf entirely. Major disappointment. This model makes different loud noises, not just humming, at least 3x daily. Very annoying. We should've done more research on this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this about two months. It is a deep refrigerator and is a great use of space. There are plenty of drawers and shelves for everything you need to keep cool. The freezer has a great shelving so everything is not buried in the bottom.

Sadly the compressor went out and waited 3 weeks to get it fixed. But it's working , and couldn't be happier. Especially it being my first expensive purchase it's a blessing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was the only one available to fit in the area of my kitchen. The refrigerator section is very inconvenient. If you need to keep a gallon of milk or any other tall bottle in the refrigerator you need to eliminate one of the shelves. If you put the milk on the door you still have to eliminate one of the door shelves to have easy access. This refrigerator will work for someone who does not need to keep a lot in it.

The only problem we have is upper drawer in the freezer. The front of the drawer snaps in but every time I pull it up and out over the bump stop, the front comes off. I’ve taken the whole the drawer out several times and try to make sure I’m inserting it correctly and it still comes off.

Love having the split doors as it takes up less space when opening. I like the adjustable glass shelves for my tall items. Glad there is a beep if the doors are not fully shut. Getting used to make sure the door shuts tight.

I like having the freezer at the bottom; it is easier to store and find items. We had a minor leak with the icemaker. The LG Associate on the phone was super patient in helping me locate the problem area. The LG appliance repair agent was most responsive; the repairman competently repaired the leak.
