It is very unpredictable when it happens and LG has not gotten back with us to figure out this issue in a very timely manner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG double French door refrigerator is a beautiful addition to our home. It has a fingerprint resistant finish which makes cleaning easier. There is plenty of space in the vegetable, fruit and the additional drawer for all your needs. The freezer compartment with the built-in ice maker has sufficient room and is divided for easier sorting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large enough, but was delivered with very tiny dent, which is not noticeable unless your standing in just the right spot. Large glass shelf is extremely thin, (in my opinion) so be careful when you decide to wash it. Mine shattered. Cannot adjust temperature, there’s no control for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the LFCS22520 model refrigerator, which was delivered June 2018 and this thing is so LOUD! You can hear it running throughout the entire house. It's the first thing everyone comments on when they walk in the door. Not a good advertisement for LG refrigerators! Unless we got a dud, I don't understand these reviews that talk about how quiet this thing is. I've been in commercial airliners that are more quiet than this garbage. In an ideal world, LG would replace this, because surely this can't be how it really is. I'm dreading having to call on it though, I feel like it will be a losing battle and we'll be stuck with this thing til it dies...which at this rate, sounds like it will only be a month or so til that happens. Stay far away from this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this refrigerator for about a month and it fits our needs as a 2-person household. The refrigerator is roomy and well-layed out. The bottom freezer has enough space for everything we need it for. I can see where someone who needs to store a lot of frozen products may find it tight, but it is fine for us. The fridge isn’t a bells and whistles kind of refrigerator - you won’t be connecting it to WiFi or anything like that, but it does make a convenient dinging noise if you accidentally leave the door open. I also find it to be quiet which is also important for us because our living room area is very close to the kitchen.

But to get my ck.you have to do a lot in order to get your check with emails & such But I am 81 and can not do what is nessasery.please I hope this gets to the right person. For my refund. I need to get my new fridge.

Everything about our new refrigerator is perfect, from the large door shelves to the pullout tray in the freezer. The door ajar alarm is very handy when the kids don’t shut the doors all the way. And the digital temperature settings let us accurately control settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 5 years ago. The first problem I encountered is that there is no way to remove the shelves to clean them. Poor design. The second problem I encountered is that twice in the last year the refrigerator just stopped cooling for no apparent reason. I called a warranty repair person out. He said that it was working fine now. Which it apparently was-after losing the food in the freezer and most of the food in the refrigerated area. There is apparently some problem in the system that just stops cooling and then after a while (while waiting for a repair tech- which last time I am still waiting for someone to call me back after a week) it begins cooling again. I would not recommend an LG product to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last refrigerator was the same style but was a bit bigger and heavier and the doors would not always stay closed. This LG has a magnet feature on the doors that keep them tightly closed. I also love the large pull out drawer in the refrigerator and the alarm that goes off if the doors (both refrigerator AND freezer) are left open.
