The interior is very roomy, with lots of space for 13x9 pans, roasts, etc, and I love that milk, wine, and condiments easily fit inside the doors. The Glide N Serve drawer in another extra-special feature that I especially like for smaller dairy items and lunchmeats and cheeses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and I am very pleased. This was a total splurge purchase. I wanted a bottom freezer and I love it. The freezer is a dream with great storage, the drawers move smoothly and seem very stable. The door shelves hold quite a bit. I am pleased with the split shelves in the fridge. The LED lights are helpful. The downsides are milk only fits in the door unless you take out a shelf, it would be helpful to have a few more placement brackets for the door storage bins. I wish this model would have had a no finger print finish. Over all very happy with my splurge purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has great features. I really like the removable shelves and the placement of the freezer on the bottom of the refrigerator instead of the top. It is evident that a lot of thought went into the design of the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottom freezer is great.There is a lot of space in the built-in door compartments. Some people complained that it's loud but, it is quiet! The vegetables and fruits compartments keep perishable food fresher than my previous one. It comes with 10-year warranty on the compressor--the compressor of my previous side-by-side fridge (Not LG) died in 3 years.

Plenty of room inside. The shelves inside AND on the door can be arranged to hold everything we need. And we love the extra drawer on the bottom.. The freezer has a great amount of space. We just can't believe the room and the quality of the refrigerator! Couldn't be happier!

I've only had this refrigerator for a week or so, therefore I can't speak to reliability. However, I love the design and the ease of access to things. We had another refrigerator that was 30 cu ft, and after that one, this refrigerator feels small. However, it's well designed and it makes it easy to store large amounts of groceries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the fridge in November 2020. Fridge died due to compressor going bad in September 2023. I went 13 days without a fridge/freezer, because part took extra time to get here. I lost all food in the fridge/freezer. My second LG fridge in a row with a bad compressor. Be advised! I was sent this request to review with a “you could win $500”! My guess is, I won’t win with this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this just before Christmas. There are two minor issues I have with my fridge. 1. The doors don’t open as far as I wish they would. 2. I cannot place two shelves side by side. They need to be staggered. There are times that I would like to place a sheet pan of cookies in to cool. I realize that my lowest shelf is all one level, however, it is being utilized for my disabled spouse who cannot reach the higher shelves.

Bought 6 months ago and had to have specialty ice maker replaced after 4 months. Now i have been without regular ice maker for a month. Had 3 technicians cone over 4 times and it is still not fixed. They have ordered another part to see if that works. They replaced ice maker 4 times, replaced door, replaced main PCB board still not working. Very very disappointed witg this refrigerator.
