[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my refrigerator a few weeks ago with a few hiccups, but LG took care of me and now I absolutely love my refrigerator! Originally, the shelves did not sit straight. I worked with customer service and the LG Presidential Liaison to get new shelves ordered and delivered. This is such an upgrade compared to my old refrigerator. I have so much more room in the freezer and refrigerator that I can’t even fill it. I would definitely say it’s a great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and I am very pleased. This was a total splurge purchase. I wanted a bottom freezer and I love it. The freezer is a dream with great storage, the drawers move smoothly and seem very stable. The door shelves hold quite a bit. I am pleased with the split shelves in the fridge. The LED lights are helpful. The downsides are milk only fits in the door unless you take out a shelf, it would be helpful to have a few more placement brackets for the door storage bins. I wish this model would have had a no finger print finish. Over all very happy with my splurge purchase.

All was good with the refrigerator for 4 years. We liked how roomy it for our space and all the assigned bins were just enough for our use. Maintaining the perfect temperature while it works. Right when 5th Year was running, the fridge broke down and was not cooling anymore. All the food inside had to be dumped. Online research says the linear compressor lg uses is known to be faulty. I wish I had checked when buying it. It is covered under warranty and it was replaced free of charge too but it took 10days for them to finally replace it. Not gonna buy groceries everyday and cook so ended up eating out during those days. With all those money spent out I seriously considered buying another fridge during that time. In short, all is good except the time taken to get it repaired. Covering expenses not enough. Timing is important too. Thanks for keeping up with the rant. Hope this was useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this French door frig a couple weeks ago. I love that it does not have a water and ice dispenser on the door. No ice freezing up and clogging, no water line freezing so water doesn't work and no water filters to purchase. The icemaker works great, the cubes perfectly shaped no broken pieces or crushed bits. The freezer bins are quite big tho we do have another freezer as well for buying in bulk. The frig is well proportioned for different height shelves and i love that i can open one side instead of the whole door. Also this frig is in a corner and the French doors are able to be opened fully, a first for our tiny kitchen! I do have a complaint; the veggie/fruit bins are way too small. I have to put veggies in with fruit to fit it all in, & visa versa. I'd suggest adding another drawer which could be put in place of a shelf if needed, removed if not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this a few days and couldn’t be more pleased. For the size of the refrigerator there is more storage than I expected plus the full size drawer at the bottom is a plus. Great product if you have limited space.

Up to this moment I am very happy with my LG refrigerator, the spaces are very well distributed and the freezer at the bottom is very convenient. I had other brands in the past 2 years that stopped cooling after one year, I hope this doesn’t happen with this brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: space inside and out, the frig beeps if left open to long, adjustable shelves, doors have large pockets as well as small area at bottom of inside door for smaller things like medicine bottles, Rx, probiotics was unexpected surprise i didn't notice before Cons: The doors are not magnetic or fingerprint proof

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 20 yr old ROPER after remodeling my kitchen. Being frugal I was happy not replacing it at first,it still works right!!!! It could be a GEICO commercial However after a year of stainless appliances it looked out of place with the white door so it had to go. New LG is beautiful and really finishes the kitchen. Keeps acurate temps and love the door holders. Only complaint, and not a big one,is it loves fingerprints. Not a fridge for families with kids if that bothers you. Have a great day
