The ice maker did not work when it was delivered and it took a few weeks to get a service person out to our rural area. Turns out it was just an electrical connection and it works fine now.

I have had this for 3 and one half years, compressor has gone bad and I have been without for a month, also metal on front door is too thin and is warped and there are dents all over front door, we are senior citizens with no kids in the house and we have not hit door with anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this fridge for our new home and we’ve love almost everything about it. The price was great when we got it. The French doors have sensor if it doesn’t close to make sure you don’t fail to close it. It has a good amount of room and the freezer is plenty large enough. The only thing I’d recommend is adding a few extra shelf brackets to allow for different setups for taller items. We’re able to set it up and work around the little issue but it could be nice. It’s s beautiful fridge.

Plenty of room for all our food and beverages. The meat/cheese drawer has lots of room too. Temperature control is spot on! The stainless steel finish fits right in with our other appliances too. Great Refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is great overall--same volume with smaller footprint than my previous fridge, LED lighting so I can actually see all the food, door alarm to tell me if something isn't closed, deep freezer drawer, big door bins, huge "deli" bin. I've been used to having a covered "dairy" section which this does not have. so now my butters (I keep several, salted and unsalted, grass-fed) are in a plastic box on a shelf. The top drawer in the freezer doesn't come out all the way, which is inconvenient. Other than those coupld of small complaints, it's great.

Spacious refrigerator with plenty of options for organization. Product worked fine for about 4 years. After that, the ice maker started to leak so it formed one giant block of ice in the tray. About a year later, it stopped cooling entirely. We took it to the landfill and purchased a Frigidaire brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally broke down and bought a new refrigerator. Mainly for the freezer compartment on the bottom instead of the top. We kept banging our heads coming out of the refrigerator compartment on the handle of the freezer compartment. Would have preferred a single door that swings to the left. But this one is working out great. Just getting used to the self spacing.

We had a larger refrigerator prior to purchasing this one. It fits way better in our space and the layout of the shelves and drawer holds just as much as the larger refrigerator. Love the deli drawer. The fruit and vegetables drawer temperature controls keep veggies crisper for a long time and the fruit seems to last longer as well. Would recommend it to others.

It is the first time I have had a bottom freezer, and this one is larger than you would expect. I could not be happier with how easy it is to see everything in the refrigerator, which makes life so easy and less bending looking for those things that have gone to the back of the fridge. It is easy to adjust the shelves clean, and it looks great, too.
