[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for about a year now. I’m very happy with it. For the food I keep, bigger fruit and veggies drawers would be nice. I’m not crazy about French door fridges as you tend to lose shelf space. But this one has been fine in that regard.

The fridge area is much bigger than my last fridge and I love that I could move around the shelves to fit my items. But I am not happy with the freezer area. It's like a puzzle every time I put something in there or need to find something. I don't know how a large family could have this be their only freezer. Taking anything out or putting anything in takes a couple of minutes of rearranging. I chose not to connect the ice maker because the bucket took up so much room. I use the ice trays from my old fridge but be careful they aren't easy to put in without spilling over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this refrigerator has impressed us thus far. Arrived in perfect shape and install was a breeze. Love how LG thought about making things simple to do. Easy roll out for access and cleaning.

It costs as much as the larger size but the larger one also offers thru-door water, which this doesn’t. The outside surface is difficult to keep clean, showing every smudge and fingerprint. We do appreciate the interior layout and the ice maker works well. We were "forced" into this smaller unit by the regular size being 1/2" too tall for the existing cabinetry in our older home, although it replaced a full-size fridge.

This replaced a side by side refrigerator that was much larger. Despite the smaller size it uses the storage space much more efficiently, so it doesn't feel like I lost any space.I love the ice maker, it uses much less interior space than an in door model The fridge is quiet and I love the sleek look. I chose this model over the larger 27 cu. ft. model because the spit shelves appear stronger and offer more flexibility. Only thing I wish is that the stainless was print free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The condenser didn’t last 2 full years. It took them forever to replace it. The repair company LG uses kept canceling my appointment 2 hrs they were due to shop up. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed. Don’t recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had one issue that took a day or so to resolve that being, every 24 hours or so, there was a loud buzzing/hammering sound coming from the bottom of the unit. It only lasted about 5 seconds each time so I couldn’t tell exactly tell where it was coming from. I reviewed the owners manual and online help (never called anyone) but only saw references to the ice maker regarding a noise as I described. Now, I disregarded those references because I ordered a model without an ice maker. Well, I eventually got on my knees, stuck my head in the freezer, looked up, and there was an ice maker “unit” (or part of one) that had an “on/off” switch which was turned ON. I turned off the switch and no more noise. Maybe all units have all or part of the ice maker installed. If so, an additional reference (additional manual note or door sticker) might be in order to avoid the issue for future buyers. Apart from that, I love the refrigerator, great quality and workmanship. Perfect for my application.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a new refrigerator for me after 20+ years with a smaller, top freezer model. It also replaces an old upright deep freeze. With 7.3 cubic feet of freezer space it will fill the bill nicely for me. The French doors were an adjustment, but I love them now. The interior is so bright, making it easy to find things. It makes different noises than my old fridge, but they are quiet sounds. The ice maker is turned off because I rarely use ice, so any sounds it might make are eliminated. I am pleased with my LG purchase and hope for many years of reliable service from it.

Not knowing how long I would have to wait for the new one to arrive I decided to keep this one You do not miss what you never had and it has been 2 weeks and I could not be happier. I absolutely love this refrigerator and am so glad I made the choice to to keep it. It is perfect for us. There is only 2 of us and I have so much room inside Thank you for making this wonderful product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like anything else that you buy new, there is always an adjustment period. I purchased a French Door fridge, with a lower drawer freezer, which is a radical departure from the two door, upper freezer, on the fridge I had. The lower freezer seems to be easier to organize, and the fact that it has a rolling upper shelf, makes for easier access to the entire compartment. The shelves in the French Doors are fully adjustable, as are the fridge shelves. The French Doors give you easy access to the upper compartment. There is a digital readout for the fridge temperature, and a door alarm in the event you don't close a door tightly. I wish I had a larger space for a larger model, but I think this fridge will do nicely. I can't think of anything negative about this refrigerator to put in this review. If you are at all worried about fingerprints on the doors, they easily wipe off.
