[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this fridge but after having it a little over two years, I had to have the condenser changed because it wasn’t cooling anymore. Luckily, they did that for free. We’ll see how it goes from here on out. The repairman said I shouldn’t have any more issues because LG fridges are good and solid. Let’s hope he’s right!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A service person has been here 8 times….replaced gasket around bottom drawer 3 times & then replaced entire door….food froze in refrigerator section & they replaced temperature sensor….replaced bottom drawer Just got a text for RA refund approval for entire refrigerator & waiting for paperwork… tracks….

My old fridge quit working so I needed to buy a new one. I needed black to match my appliances , needed a 30 inch width and wanted a bottom freezer. This fridge met all of these. It is beautiful the black stainless steel is so striking. The fridge is quiet , has tons of room in the freezer and upper refrigerator. It also comes with an ice maker. I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is a great size for a small counter top space and the bottom freezer has a base so if you don't close the bottom fully by mistake the melted ice does not drip on the floor like my other bottom freezer. Problem is the side shelving. Each one is so wide that unless you keep bottles close together when you open and close the refrigerator they fall on the side. Don't think there is a fix.

Bought this a month ago and I couldn’t be more pleased. One thing I really like is how quiet it is ( my last fridge was noisy— and I live in a small house!) I also like the bottom freezer- easy to get into — so much easier than trying to find things in a packed top freezer! Love it!!

Everything about our new refrigerator is perfect, from the large door shelves to the pullout tray in the freezer. The door ajar alarm is very handy when the kids don’t shut the doors all the way. And the digital temperature settings let us accurately control settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this LG fridge and love it. It seems like I have so much room. I love the pull out drawers on the bottom for the freezer and the double french doors hold a lot! I haven't yet adjusted my shelves to see how a 2 liter or gallon of milk fits, so I can't speak on that just yet. It is a beautiful color and looks great in my kitchen. Really makes it look classy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased September 2020, could not get delivery until mid October 2020. At 3 years old, compressor went out. Lost a whole lot of food. Took a week to get service done. Repair person was early that day and did a good job. I like the bottom freezer, reason we bought it and the width was the right size for the small space it has to fit in our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this refrigerator for about three weeks now and all I can say is WOW! No more crawling inside to get something. Everything is at eye level and nicely organized. I especially like the separate bins for fruits vs vegetables and that they can be on either side of the refrigerator. Lots of storage in the freezer too and it is so easy to see everything that is frozen. Overall very well designed. Doesn't even seem to show fingerprints much either but we don't have any children at home.
