[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I did my research for smaller refrigerators (due to condo space), I was delighted to find LG’s French door with its beauty and had all the bells and whistles that compliment my style and kitchen. So happy!!

We purchased a Lg refrigerator on 6/27/2023 . looking it over we found there was no filter for the ice maker. Your ice is made from tap water . After a couple of weeks we noticed frost forming on the inside of the freezer. After talking to three different company reps they said there might be a problem and they would send out a repairman. He took the freezer completely apart and put it back together it did seal better but not great and the freezer door was out of alignment he said that was the best he could do. We said the ice didn't freeze very solid he told us that was because they didn't use freon they used propane as a coolent. The quality of this frig is not very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The appearance and design are good. It was noisy from the first few days but worked for 18 months. Then we found our food at room temperature. There was a 3 day wait for a repair man. There was a 7 day wait for the part to come in.. It barely began cooling before it quit again. Then another 4 day wait for the repair man....which is tomorrow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the refrigerator a couple of weeks now. Overall we are very pleased. The icemaker has a huge been so we never run out of ice! I wish the shelves could be reconfigured a little more so I could put a gallon of milk on the shelf and not in the door. We really like the look of the appliance. Some smudges on the handles but grubby fingers will do that! It’s actually darker on the inside than I thought it would be with the bright LED lighting. The lighting is in the front and gets blocked so it’s a little dark further back. I read a couple of reviews that said that this was a very solid refrigerator without lots of bells and whistle‘s. That’s all we wanted. Seems perfect for us. And I’m so happy that it came in a smaller size that fits our space and I do like the look of it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old refrigerator had freezer on top which you couldn't see much of what's in there except what was in front. Now I like the pantry drawer for lunch meat, cheese, etc. Before you couldn't view much of what was in a drawer.

Love the features, door alarm, LED lighting, shelf positioning, Glide N Serve drawer and temperature displays. Never had a bottom freezer and its so much better than a top model. You can actually see your food without taking everything out to find something. Only drawback is some compressor vibration which results in a little more noise than I'm use to. Maintains accurate temperatures (checked with additional thermometer).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a small apartment and needed something to fit the space I have. This was perfect. The style. The functionality. Because I eat mostly healthy, having the freezer on bottom is ideal as I have more fresh fruits and veggies that I use. I'm so older so bending to get my main staples was kind of irritating without me realizing it was irritating . But I really love the pantry slide out drawer. The only thing is that you can break it and have to get a replacement. You have to realize it is automatic and not be trying to open the cover and pull the drawer at the same time. All you do is pull the drawer and the cover open and close . I had to have mine replaced and do a speech to those living in my house and visitors. Don't touch my pantry drawer lol. The freezer is perfect for me. I haven't gotten my ice hooked up yet but again the dry up is nice for me. The only wierd thing is that the ice just drops into the bucket. If you have kids or other people who get ice, then it becomes wierd because instead of a dispenser it's just sitting in the container. Which I don't want anybody hands touching my ice. So you may want to get some ice tongs to have really available doing high ice usage by others. But again for me, it's perfect. Another thing is the shelves... the placement don't allow for large pitchers or containers(unless you take out a shelf or I'm not knowing the trick) you can get a gallon milk but it's tight. You can adjust the doors shelves but again it's all how you like to place your items. It's s beautiful and functional refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a suite of LG appliances for my 1940 galley kitchen. If I did anything differently about this particular model would be to make it about 4” taller so the inside shelves could be adjusted a little higher. You cannot get a 2-gallon water bottle on the bottom shelf without it pushing up the shelf. Forget getting 2-liter soda bottles anywhere except on the bottom shelf of the door. Other than that, it cools and freezes well and I’ve had no problems so far except I cannot get the wifi to connect. It fits great in a small space and has a lot of room inside.

I had been looking for a somewhat bigger frig with the freezer on the bottom for my tall husband. It is an excellent buy and has plenty of room for all of my fruits and vegetables. I love the deli tray which I use for easy access to fruits and eggs.
