[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had one issue that took a day or so to resolve that being, every 24 hours or so, there was a loud buzzing/hammering sound coming from the bottom of the unit. It only lasted about 5 seconds each time so I couldn’t tell exactly tell where it was coming from. I reviewed the owners manual and online help (never called anyone) but only saw references to the ice maker regarding a noise as I described. Now, I disregarded those references because I ordered a model without an ice maker. Well, I eventually got on my knees, stuck my head in the freezer, looked up, and there was an ice maker “unit” (or part of one) that had an “on/off” switch which was turned ON. I turned off the switch and no more noise. Maybe all units have all or part of the ice maker installed. If so, an additional reference (additional manual note or door sticker) might be in order to avoid the issue for future buyers. Apart from that, I love the refrigerator, great quality and workmanship. Perfect for my application.

The ease of set-up and use has been a breeze. The brightness in the freezer and refrigerator area is wonderful. No yellow tinge. Adjustable shelves and door bins are perfect for various items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this about two months. It is a deep refrigerator and is a great use of space. There are plenty of drawers and shelves for everything you need to keep cool. The freezer has a great shelving so everything is not buried in the bottom.

I needed a smaller refrigerator and this one is the perfect size. Makes ice great. Only poor design is the shelf design. Horrible design. The shelves can only be side by side. I purposely bought this one because the shelves were individual not all one . You have to remove a shelf to be able to put tall items . You can not put the shelf in the other side. Wish I had known that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing a larger LG refrigerator that didn’t fit into my house because the delivery company got lost and didn’t make any attempts to get the refrigerator into the house, I waited another six months before purchasing this one. They got it into the house with ease, but it’s a little smaller than I was hoping for for my food storage. What I love about it is that I no longer have to bend down to look for food. I spend much more time looking in the refrigerator than the freezer. And now that the freezer is located below in a drawer, and I can see all my food standing up it changed my life. The configuration of the freezer could be a little better, but I do love the quality of LG products, so much, that I then purchased the LG dishwasher, and when I can afford it next I will buy a new range from them as well!

A few years ago we purchased and installed a LG dishwasher. Two years later we bought a LG washer and dryer, so when it was time to replace our refrigerator the choice for us was another LG. This refrigerator is a modern example of efficiency and style. From the led lights in the frig and freezer, to the three door design, to the ample storage space, this model is welcome addition to our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago because it was one of the few that fit into the space I had. I love the pull out freezer, it makes it so easy to get things out. I also love the warning rings that tell you if your doors aren’t closed. The refrigerator I replaced sometimes wouldn’t close completely and would be left to run. The warning also helps to save on electricity costs. The French doors also save on energy cost if you put frequently used item in the doors. The model I choose works well for me and meets all my expectations.

Has see-through shelves & drawers; even door shelves are see-through & deeper than my old one & up higher because of the bottom freezer. The only negative is our fingerprints show more than our old black unit. We are planning to sell our house and I may take this with me. I love it!
