[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ref on Oct 2019 and compressor went bad on 2023, luckily it's still under mfg warranty. The service came quickly to fix and replace the compressor. I heard lg compressor were not reliable. Hopefully I don't have to replace the refrigerator for another 5-6 yrs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this French door frig a couple weeks ago. I love that it does not have a water and ice dispenser on the door. No ice freezing up and clogging, no water line freezing so water doesn't work and no water filters to purchase. The icemaker works great, the cubes perfectly shaped no broken pieces or crushed bits. The freezer bins are quite big tho we do have another freezer as well for buying in bulk. The frig is well proportioned for different height shelves and i love that i can open one side instead of the whole door. Also this frig is in a corner and the French doors are able to be opened fully, a first for our tiny kitchen! I do have a complaint; the veggie/fruit bins are way too small. I have to put veggies in with fruit to fit it all in, & visa versa. I'd suggest adding another drawer which could be put in place of a shelf if needed, removed if not.

It is the first time I have had a bottom freezer, and this one is larger than you would expect. I could not be happier with how easy it is to see everything in the refrigerator, which makes life so easy and less bending looking for those things that have gone to the back of the fridge. It is easy to adjust the shelves clean, and it looks great, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this LG fridge a few weeks ago, and so far we're happy with it. It's simple and classy. I was surprised to find that only the front of the unit is stainless steel, the sides are plastic/magnetic. This works for us because we like to use the magnetic surface on the side for photos, etc. But it's not quite as upscale looking as if the full unit were stainless steel. Another downside is we were told by installers that the fridge can't be leveled because it is on wheels. I love this fridge layout, so overall we're happy to have the kind of fridge we wanted at a reasonable price/

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a refrigerator to fill a rather small space - 30" wide - and I'm so glad I chose the LG. This refrigerator is fantastic. Plenty of room inside. The shelves inside AND on the door can be arranged to hold everything we need. And we love the extra drawer on the bottom.. The freezer has a great amount of space. We just can't believe the room and the quality of the refrigerator! Couldn't be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has good storage space with adjustable racks for shelving height. We have a smaller area to fit a fridge in our kitchen and this one seemed to give us the most storage for the size. The only con we had is the compressor died after 3 years but LG was great at getting a technician out in a two day window to fix it under the warranty repair at no cost. It is working again with no issues.

I have an old home and I have limited space in my kitchen. This unit fits perfect and I couldn't be more please !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frig was a no brainer for us to purchase. We were limited to a space in our kitchen where the old frig fit and it was just over 30 inches. Therefore we had to replace our old frig with a new 30 inch one. Where we bought the new LG frig they must have had over 20 new frigs on the floor, must 33" to 35" wide. Of the 20+ frigs there, only one was 30" wide, which made our selection really easy to choose the French Silver LG frig. That said, my wife and I were very pleased with our selection. The LG 30" wide frig had many of the features of our old frig, plus a number of other features which made this frig even more attractive; deeper, better arranged shelving and storage, both shelving arrangement, drawer space and door storage. The pull out freezer compartment pulls out easier than our old one and is better arranged for storing frozen foods. It also runs so much quieter than our old one. Yes, we may have only had one selection to choose from, but it was the right one for us to make, and although we have only had it month we feel we will it will serve our needs and be enjoyed for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrigerator was installed on 12/10/18. It stopped cooling\freezing on 3/12/19. Repair had to come on twice (3/19 and 3/21) before it was finally working. We had to throw out all the food in the refrigerator and freezer. We had to eat out most meals, which got expensive and also extremely inconvenient with a 4 year old and 4 adults.

Biggest complaints-LED lighting can't be seen on lower shelves when upper shelves are full needs to be on the frig sides not the top. 2nd complaint is that there is limited ability to adjust the left/right shelves. Need more ability to accommodate different sized containers.
