[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The condenser didn’t last 2 full years. It took them forever to replace it. The repair company LG uses kept canceling my appointment 2 hrs they were due to shop up. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed. Don’t recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new LG fridge! I love having the ice maker. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the stainless steel. There is a film or something that when the plastic was taken off it left something on it I can't seem to get removed. Other than that I love it!! Lots of room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the freezer on the bottom. It is so much easier and bigger to put food in. The food doesn't fall in my face like my old one. The compartments are wonderful to keep the food organized. My friends that come over love it too.

My compressor went on my fridge that was 5 yrs old. I called a local repair company that told me it would be over 1,000. Apparently there is a class action lawsuit on the fridge. You would think the company would just give me a new fridge and pay for all my groceries I lost. Plus I bought a personal sized fridge/freezer until my fridge is fixed.

Limited by space, the search for a new refrigerator was a challenge. This compact refrigerator met all our needs. It fit in the space perfectly and aesthetically. Although the same space as our old frig, the new one gives us two whole extra cubic feet of storage. We especially enjoy the huge deli drawer where all our sandwich fixings are at our finger tips. The moisture controlled fruit and vegetable drawers are priceless for extending our produce freshness. The refrigerator is extremely quiet. The ice cube maker can be periodically loud, but that just lets us know it is working hard.

06/20/19....Our refrigerator was 21 years old and the food seemed to be spoiling soon than later.we tried turning the temp to a colder setting and cleaned the coils underneath,still no results.so we accepted it was time to purchase a new appliance.Our local Home Depot was advertising a "Red,White and Blue" sale for the holiday so off we went."LG" was the brand that caught our attention for size,style and price!! "we are happy with our choice"!!!!

The dual use fruit/vegetable drawers are great and I like the wide drawer at the bottom. So far it has worked flawlessly, and it politely reminds us if we keep the door open too long.

Not knowing how long I would have to wait for the new one to arrive I decided to keep this one You do not miss what you never had and it has been 2 weeks and I could not be happier. I absolutely love this refrigerator and am so glad I made the choice to to keep it. It is perfect for us. There is only 2 of us and I have so much room inside Thank you for making this wonderful product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a LG refrigerator in December, and already had an issue. Ticking noise coming from the back, pretty minor. LG sent a guy out to repair it 5+ days after my initial request. Since it took 5+ days, LG approved a reimbursement for my lost groceries ($150) and for a mini fridge to hold me over until the repair could happen. I'm a bit frustrated with the "fridge fail" within the first year, but the customer service I've received has been great!
