[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had for a couple months now & it works well and is pretty quiet. Wish it had more adjustments for door bins & shelves heights. If your tall items are more than 4 then they may overflow from door bins & you may need to remove a shelf. The top freezer drawer could be easier to slide out & come out more to make ice bucket more manageable. Ice maker in freezer is great freezer though I'm not using mine (didn't want to hook up the water line at the time) Good space in freezer with movable divider. Setup was ok - easy enough to be done solo if needed (does not include moving this hefty thing of course). Also I know most people are clean front folks but I like frig magnets & unfortunately for me they only stick on the sides of the frig. Oh & the small additional door bins at the bottom are neat! Don't fit much but nice to see they tried to make every cubic inch usable.

Compressor failed after only 4 yrs. Our other fridges we’ve had ( one lasted 25 yrs, the other abt the same) . Repair guy here 3 times bef finally fixed. Thought we’d like the Fr Door with bottom freezer but not so much. Like the French door part but bottom freezer is jyst as annoying as a top or side by side. Ideal would be two separate units - one whole just fridge and one who just freezer - upright- standing next to ea other. Need a huge kitchen for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new fridge purchased in May 2023. A fuse bust in the mainframe and my fridge was completely broken and unusable by August 2023. The repair person said that with this model, this kind of fuse bust is common. For that reason, I would definitely recommend against getting this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in November2017 and had to have the pump and fan assembly replaced. If that wasn’t bad enough we were without a register for a whole month waiting on parts. We had to go purchase a small one to put in our garage just to keep stuff cold and on hand. Good thing I bought the extended warranty because we needed it. Don’t get me wrong we like the refrigerator just had a bad deal with it going out so soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and have two problems. First problem is it runs too cold even though I tried to raise the temperature. Second problem is the right door flap does not always close which may cause it to break off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 4 years ago and it stoped working. They fixed it and the tec told me to throw the part in the trash it was very heavy. When they came to pick up my trash they took the part out of the trash and threw it on my lawn.

And I have tried alot of brands and it has always been the same, the problem start after just a year or two. So LG is new to me and I will only buy LG from now on.
