got this 8/15/23..very happy so far..love the bottom freezer..very quiet...electric bill is less from prior month without much usage difference...nice and bright inside...love the deli door and veggie/fruit doors too...there is not anything that I can say in the negative so far...the color of black stainless is fantastic and really adds to our kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a LG refrigerator in December, and already had an issue. Ticking noise coming from the back, pretty minor. LG sent a guy out to repair it 5+ days after my initial request. Since it took 5+ days, LG approved a reimbursement for my lost groceries ($150) and for a mini fridge to hold me over until the repair could happen. I'm a bit frustrated with the "fridge fail" within the first year, but the customer service I've received has been great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our LG refrigerator and it lasted about 5 1/2 years. We expected to get more longevity but did not. We replaced the LG refrigerator with a different brand and will no longer by LG products because of this experience.

Bought this a month ago and I couldn’t be more pleased. One thing I really like is how quiet it is ( my last fridge was noisy— and I live in a small house!) I also like the bottom freezer- easy to get into — so much easier than trying to find things in a packed top freezer! Love it!!

I wanted to make this new fridge my own. I have so many magnets! But...this stainless is non-magnetic. Well, let's move on. It will not cool below 40. Even when set to 35. The ice maker is nice, but did not come with a scoop. The right door must be opened before the left. So to get in the left side, open the right. This is because of a sealing flap that must go in first. I really don't want to have to open both doors to quickly reach in the left side. The freezer door shuts by itself with just a push, I like that. The look is great, but beware of the stainless upkeep if you don't want the prints. I did not have a choice in what fridge to get, my choice was made by what would fit in my custom space. I am glad that it at least has a ice maker! I like the LED lighting too. OH! It is very quiet!

The black stainless finish looks great and the bright interior lighting is really nice. The temperature controls are very convenient and accurate. The split shelves are sturdy and provide many storing options. Same for the doors bins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit about a month ago. We spent a lot of time looking for a unit that fit our dimensions and was white in color. Unfortunately this was one of the few fridges that fit, but it wasn't white. The height is perfect, the depth is good, but I wish the width was 3-4 inches wider. Nevertheless, I think the unit is great. It is very quiet. I like the idea of the linear compressor (using electromagnetism) because there are less moving parts to go wrong, which is always a good thing. The shelves a adjustable, but I wish we could make smaller increments, like a 1/2 inch, instead of roughly an inch. The ice maker works well and the ice container is very large. I'm still getting used to French doors. I prefer the one large door, but that is a minor issue. The 10 year warranty is a nice feature, although most fridges will last at least ten years in my experience. All in all a good purchase....so far!

After years of wanting a French door refrigerator I finally realized at 80 years old if I wanted to enjoy it I needed to buy it now. My problem was the space I had for a refrigerator was small; it had to be no more than 30 inches wide. Also I did not want water/ice available on the door. My new LG fit the bill perfectly. Although it juts out a bit more than my previous refrigerator it is not obtrusive. I especially like the large door containers , easy to group items used together together, like mustard, ketchup, etc. I did have to lower one shelf, but the adjacent shelf has a small lip to prevent items from falling off. The deli drawer is especially handy for lunch meats, cheeses, soda cans. I did not hook up the automatic icemaker; I am just as happy with ice trays. That also gives me a bit more freezer space. The bottom freezer did take a bit of getting used to, but I like it now.
