When it just went out I was a little dumbfounded at first, but I called the company set me up an appointment came by and fixed it so hopefully it’ll last a little longer. Seems like the thrill is gone, but it works.

My husband is tall, so he is enjoying the freezer on the bottom, with everthing else easy acess on the top. Overall very happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In less the 5 years we have replaced 3 of the plastic components used for storage in the refrigerator. Last week the compressor stopped working so both refrigerator and freezer has stopped working. Fortunately we were able to move all of our food down to a 15 year old Amana refrigerator that we keep in the basement. The extended warranty that we purchased from the retailer did not cover any of the plastic components but fortunately it covered the compressor. The refrigerator will have been down for nearly 2 1/2 weeks by the time the compressor is expected to arrive.

Everyone that sees it says how beautiful & don't get me started on how much room it has & I can even diagnose a problem thru my phone. This truly is a great refrigerator inside &, out. I had a bottom freezer 30 years ago & loved it so was very glad they came back. Thank you for designing this flawlessly now I meed to get the matching stove & the French doors were perfect addition.

Every web-based recommendation had LG refrigerators at the top of their list. This made manufacturer decision simple, leaving us with only to choose a size. We decided on the 22 cubic foot / 30 inch model. Our preferred provider had one in stock and scheduled expedient delivery. We love the size and LG ensures us with years of trouble free use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for about a year now and I love everything about it......except......I cannot adjust the shelves for the life of me. My doors do not open wide enough to remove the shelves. I can remove the top shelf because as you're pulling it out and down it comes out, BUT when I try to place the shelf on the next level down, the shelf hits the doorsame and it does not allow me to slide the shelf in. I read somewhere that the right French doors is supposed to open up to 115° if you lift the corner and push it, but that did not work. I just want to put my water dispenser in there but it's too tall to fit and I cannot put it on the door. It's super irritating. I have searched the internet high and wide and NOTHING. I'm not sure why they advertise that the fridge has adjustable shelves when the is far from the truth.

I have had this refrigerator for less than 1 month and already have a service/repair request in. The refrigerator CONSTANTLY makes a low frequency humming noise and vibrates to the point where you can feel it on the floor and the bottles in the door rattle. You can hear it running through the entire house! I called customer service and they said it was because the unit was not level. However, we checked the cabinet and the doors and they are level (using a level). The noise still continues... I have been waiting for over a week for a repair service to be scheduled. The only response I received was a link to a LG video on how to level your refrigerator. It is also frustrating that a service call is need in the first place give the age of the refrigerator. The unit is less than a month old! Want a replacement or a refund. It is disappointing given the online reviews say is a good product (and quiet). It has been nearly a week since I requested a service and have not even gotten a date when they are available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG Refrigerator. The first one died after only a few years. We have an unusual space so had to purchase the almost exact refrigerator which we were not to happy about. We have found some of the interior shelves and drawers are not as good as our first LG. The drawer that supposedly holds a tray is a waste of space and would better serve as a few smaller drawers. Also, because the shelves are only attached in one back corner, they continually move back and forth. Old rfrig had two connections in the back.

Had the fridge a week. Fit a tight space. Was hard to find a stylish fridge for the space - most were old school top freeze designs. Chilled down as expected. Space is good. Doors can hold large containers. Enough shelf adjustability for the size/design. Bottom freezer is straight forward. Ice machine is working so far as expected. Louder than the big super expensive fridge at primary residence but fraction of cost. Opening both French doors a must to do anything but grab a beer from the door storage. Finger prints are fairly noticeable which may bother some. Hopefully it keeps working as it is. I don’t like fridge drama.

We always shop local and look to buy from smaller independent dealers when possible. We obtained a great price, free delivery and free haul away of our old frig. My wife & I are totally happy with the design and the look of the product in our kitchen. Great value for the dollars invested.
