Nice to look at, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited 7 months for delivery because of the pandemic. But when it first came, we were thrilled. The black stainless steel is beautiful. However, the logistics of the shelving is ridiculous. In order to fit certain taller juices, etc..., you need to lower the top shelf, but there is no way to hook in the last shelf in the bottom placement so you can utilize all the shelves. There appears to be a ridge on the side to hold the shelf, but no way in middle to hook it! Why? You either need to remove one, which is a waste, or lay your juice flat which may leak and takes up more room. It just makes no sense. Why wasn’t this flaw fixed? It’s just very irritating!

Good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generous space inside both the cooler and freezer considering the size of this model. Bins for fruit and vegetables are convienent and nice quality. Upper shelves are easy to move and adjust to individual needs and are strong and well made. Doors do not close on their own, which is convienent when loading new groceries. Has a 'door open' alarm after door is left open too long which is easy to turn off should you need. Overall great value and quality. Picky 4 star only because: 1) Magnets unfortunatley will not stick to front doors, but will stick to sides. We like our magnets on front doors! 2) Door handles should be weighted heavier so they "feel" stronger. No problem with the handles, I just prefer a heavier weighted handle feel. So my '4 star' rating is really a 4.75 star. Recommended unit and is a good value in this price range.

Perfect fit for my space! Excellent appearance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girlfriend and I came across this fridge about a month ago and immediately agreed the look and price was right. After a few weeks it seems to have developed an intermittent noise. A loud and profound buzz. It only lasts a few seconds and then is is back to it's normal quiet self. Apparently the ice maker switch had been bumped and was in the run position. The ice maker is not been hooked up and now with the switch off it is quiet once again! Other than that the operation seems flawless. I have checked the temperatures of the refrigerator and freezer all steady and good.

Great Refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy to have this new refrigerator. It has been a nice upgrade from the KitchenAid that was 20+ years old (but still worked great). Only issue I have had was just last week the chime kept going off even when the doors were closed???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy to have my new refrigerator, except for the size of the ice cube container. I am now single, and do not need that big of an ice cube container. I wish there was a way to have a smaller container for ice. Having a choice of two sizes of containers would be great. If you were entertaining, you could use the bigger one and use the smaller on day when it would be just you alone.

Thankful for a warranty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this frig nearly 4 years ago, and have been relatively happy with it. However 3 weeks ago the compressor died. We are finishing up our third week of living out of ice chests we must daily refresh the ice in, while we wait for a new compressor (under warranty, thank God!) to arrive and be installed. The process is getting old, but then again, this is a 1st world problem. I'm glad to even HAVE a refrigerator!

Happy Seniors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our refrigerator for about six weeks, we are enjoying it very much. We have never had an ice maker before, so it is terrific. My husband is tall, so he is enjoying the freezer on the bottom, with everthing else easy acess on the top. Overall very happy with our purchase.

Good fridge, but linited felxibility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this about a month ago and we've been happy with it overall. Keeps everything fresh and cold, and the ice-maker works well, with small enough cubes to fit easily into sports bottles, etc. We like the bottom freezer and the pullout fridge drawer for cheeses and other deli items. The double top doors are convenient. The only downside that we've discovered so far is a lack of flexibility for the placement of the main glass shelves. On our previous model, you could adjust some shelves up or down to create a taller space on one side of the fridge. That isn't possible with this model, and neither side has quite enough space for a full gallon of milk, a bottle of wine, or other tall condiment bottles to fit. The only space for tall items like this is in the door shelves, and that's pretty limited.

all the room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doors are so roomy I hardly have to put anything on the shelves. The bottom freezer is much easier to organize the items I put in there. And no getting on your hands and knees to clean the refrigeratoe. I love it!

modern design features not necessarily desireable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are certainly some features on older model refrigerators that I wish that I had thought about before purchasing my new one. First, a stainless steel finish, I would definitely not recommend. Every time you touch any surface, it leaves fingerprints and marks. That means you're cleaning it constantly. Second, a bigger and deeper refrigerator/freezer space may sound good but in actual practice much greater organizational thought is required in order to easily access your food. Specifically a deep freezer means that some foods can easily be buried and foods are not necessarily rotated through as often as they should. I'm not as satisfied as I hoped to be with my new refrigerator.
