I bought this refrigerator 3 years ago and it stopped cooling my food. The compressor still turns on but nothing blows into the fridge or freezer. I am heartbroken cause this fridge was so highly recommended and now it is just collecting dust in the kitchen while we have been scrambling to keep our food in coolers and lost most of our food. I am a new mom and I lost all of my pumped milk too. I will never buy a LG ever again.

I found while researching this site that this fridge doesn't have a replaceable filter for water going to the Ice maker. This info is only available if you search reviews. Hopefully, there are no other shortcomings LG forgot to mention.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this toward the end of 2017. We only had room for a narrow fridge and we’re replacing an old fridge (freezer on top). Although this is about 30in wide we have so much space! The adjustable shelves and the storage in the doors really help keep you organized.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is perfect size for our small kitchen. Does not have water dispenser which is fine with my husband and I. The stainless steel finish is not fingerprint proof but it keeps clean nonetheless. I love that it has the soft sounding alarm to let you know the door has been left ajar. Great buy!

WARNING there is no water filter on this model to the ice maker. If you have hard water like ours and want your water filtered to the ice maker you have to install one on your own. More expense so you might want to order another model. Apparently this model is the only one in the universe that does not filter the water to the ice maker. Disappointed!

I bought this fridge in March 2022 (decided to replace my ols style fridge with a modern one) and within 3 weeks of using it, something (not heavy at all) fell on the frame near the bins & it cracked the white plastic material. LG customer service said they can patch it up since it's not affecting the use of the fridge. When the repair guy showed up, he said LG stopped making the patch kit. It's quite upsetting that you pay a lot for something and the companies use such cheap materials! The Shelves are made so cheap that they curve in the center- even when there are just a few items on them. The fridge that I replaced lasted us for 15 years! I will not be buying another LG product again with the service they offer.

The refrigerator worked perfectly for 3 years, then nothing. Opened the door one morning and a whole fridge / freezer full of food is warm. A lot to pay for a fridge that only lasted 3 years. The compressor comes on for a few minutes then stops. Apparently this is a problem with this company

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased almost two months ago. Installed about two weeks ago. I was a little disappointed in it, because it was scratched on the outside and parts of the inside showed some damage/wear as if it had been previously used. I was expecting a new fridge, not a used one. For the space that I have, this was a perfect size, but I seem to have loss some space (square footage), but it is a beautiful fridge and I will make due. I love the fact that I only have to open one side, which saves on my energy bill and have arranged it so that frequently used items are all on one side. I’m still a little confused about the temperature settings on the fridge vs. freezer, but at this time it’s not an issue and I’ve left the settings the way the techs set it up. Another thing that I like is the alarm to let me know the door is left open. This is not an issue at this time, but I know it becomes one in time. Overall, I think I will enjoy this new purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this about a month now and am loving it. It has a lot more room than I thought it would. I wish the shelves had more places for adjustment but I was able to put a turkey in without removing one of the shelves. I love the split shelves and the crisper drawers more than expected also. I could lay down the celery instead of it half standing like in the standard fridge drawers since it's so deep. The glide N' serve is an unexpected treat. I was able to store a pie in there protected from the rest of the stuff. This is my first French door and it took a little getting used to but find it is easier now. It is very quiet and was a great purchase.
