We were left without a refrigerator for over three weeks… due to a faulty compressor. These models all have faulty compressors and you won’t be able to find anyone to repair it because they all refuse to work in LG refrigerators! An absolute nightmare…. Stay far away… save yourselves!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a year ago and still love it! It's quiet, easy to move things around in the refrigerator, notifies me when I left the door open, and has excellent capacity. There is room for everything I need. This was definitely a good buy.

First time buyer of LG appliances. I really wanted to like this refrigerator but it has a serious design flaw. Beware of the Glide N Serve drawer. I have had to replace the cover for this drawer (part MCR65017001) three times in the 22 months I have owned this refrigerator. The molded clips that hold it in place keep breaking off, making the drawer cover useless. My wife and I are retired so it's not like we have kids that are being rough on the drawer. Now the refrigerator is out of warranty and LG will not support me on it. Pretty poor support for a problem that started shortly after I purchased it. I'll think twice before purchasing another LG product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this model because it was the only one that would fit in the space we had available, even though some of the reviews weren't great. We have been VERY pleased with this purchase. It fits well in the area, as we were thinking it would project too much into the room and it does not. It runs quietly. It is the first time we have had a bottom freezer. This fridge is smaller that the one it replaced and we were worried we'd miss the storage but that is not true at all and I will assume it is because, with the fridge section at eye level, the space is so much more viewable allowing for easily finding items that use to drift to the back of the fridge and forgotten.

I bought this refrigerator 3 years ago and it stopped cooling my food. The compressor still turns on but nothing blows into the fridge or freezer. I am heartbroken cause this fridge was so highly recommended and now it is just collecting dust in the kitchen while we have been scrambling to keep our food in coolers and lost most of our food. I am a new mom and I lost all of my pumped milk too. I will never buy a LG ever again.

Although this is about 30in wide we have so much space! The adjustable shelves and the storage in the doors really help keep you organized.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is by far the best refrigerator we have ever purchased, first of all it is no worries on finger prints, if you get some just dry paper towel removes instantly, there is a lot of room, just need to figure it out if you've never had french doors, which we have not, it took some getting used to but all in all it is a great fridge! The ice maker is actually a great feature again something we have never had and it is not really loud. The fridge is quite which is a bonus the freezer has a ton of space even though the ice maker is in it! We love ours and I guess it is true you get what you pay for, pricier but worth it for sure!

I wish the shelves had more places for adjustment but I was able to put a turkey in without removing one of the shelves. I love the split shelves and the crisper drawers more than expected also. I could lay down the celery instead of it half standing like in the standard fridge drawers since it's so deep. The glide N' serve is an unexpected treat. I was able to store a pie in there protected from the rest of the stuff. This is my first French door and it took a little getting used to but find it is easier now. It is very quiet and was a great purchase.

She could not be happier with the rich look and all the space available to hold our food. The freezer compartment set at 0 keeps everything at just the right temperatures. LG was the right pick for us.
