[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my LG refrigerator for three months now and love the design. We were looking for a size that would fit our space and not limit storage and flexibility and we found it in this LG unit after comparison to other brands.

I am so dissatisfied with this Company!!! My entire kitchen appliances are LG & with this experience I will never buy or refer ur product to any one! I have a refrigerator for less than two years somehow the compressor went and it is now three weeks that I still haven’t had a refrigerator that work! This is really Not how a so called reputable company should service and treat their customers!

The BIGGEST PROBLEM: In March, we noticed that sometimes items in the fridge compartment were getting frozen even though we had the thermostat set to 38° or 39°. Sometimes we could thaw meat in the fridge – other times it would still be rock hard frozen two days later. We’d wake up to find salads frozen and ruined or the milk chunky. It wasn’t always stuff in the same location either – top, bottom, middle, left, right – and it wasn’t consistent. For a couple months, we tried rearranging things and making sure vents weren’t blocked to see if it would get better, but it kept happening. A separate thermometer placed on the middle shelf confirmed that it was sometimes getting down to 31 degrees in the fridge despite being set to 38. But we couldn’t just turn up the temperature because sometimes it really was close to 38, and if we turned up the temp to be in the 40s, we’d risk bacteria growing during those warm spells. SMALLER PROBLEMS: The supports underneath the split-shelving in the center of the fridge are so tall that you can only put very flat items under them. And do NOT try to slide anything from one side to the other because it is likely to catch on the supports. The fridge actually holds a lot less than other fridges of the same outer dimensions because of the way things are structured inside.

I bought this fridge in March 2022 (decided to replace my ols style fridge with a modern one) and within 3 weeks of using it, something (not heavy at all) fell on the frame near the bins & it cracked the white plastic material. LG customer service said they can patch it up since it's not affecting the use of the fridge. When the repair guy showed up, he said LG stopped making the patch kit. It's quite upsetting that you pay a lot for something and the companies use such cheap materials! The Shelves are made so cheap that they curve in the center- even when there are just a few items on them. The fridge that I replaced lasted us for 15 years! I will not be buying another LG product again with the service they offer.

The French door feature and my refrigerator gives me so much room. I love that I can buy a lot of groceries and have enough room for them. The freezer is on the bottom and it also has tons of room for my frozen products. I got the stainless steel no print feature and I love it.

Stuffed with leftovers we lost track of with a top freezer that made us bend over to search for anything in the fridge. I finally decided to listen to her and bought this new LG. Wow! She was soooo right. Everything is at eye level and things are well illuminated. And this is a cold fridge and things are super fresh. It is still overloaded, especially with ice cream, but what a difference. The drawer pulls right out and the ice cream is fresh and rock hard. Thanks,Vivian

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to order our refrigerator and wait about a month for it, but the wait was worth it. There is just my husband and I in our household, and this is the perfect size for us. It also fits nicely in our space provided for it. It is quiet, unlike the one we replaced, shelves are easy to move, and I love the pull out drawer and the large capacity freezer. We did not want ice/water in the door, too messy. We get plenty of ice and enough room for our frozen foods. We also purchased a new LG range and microwave oven. Love all of the LG products!
