The design and layout of the shelves and bins is very user friendly. Bottom freezer is easily accessible and provides a quick full view of all frozen items, The smear proof exterior is a real PLUS.

Even though the capacity is the same, this French door fridge holds a bit more because of the space configuration. Great refrigerator at a reasonable price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a larger fridge that was 15 years older than this one and it was silent. Was surprised that this smaller newer product was much louder (hum and vibration). The compressor is so loud on this and vibrates so much that part of the noise pollution comes from the glass bottles in the fridge vibrating on the shelves. And the shelves are made with hard plastic and items light enough can vibrate on it as well. The fingerprints are new to us and we will try the special cleaner for stainless. And the ice maker is crazy loud as well. Never new our other fridge was such a whisper. Also, one of the shelves is sitting on top of the fridge because there is a lack of enough slots to reposition it for us. I do like the pantry door.

We have an unusual space so had to purchase the almost exact refrigerator which we were not to happy about. We have found some of the interior shelves and drawers are not as good as our first LG. The drawer that supposedly holds a tray is a waste of space and would better serve as a few smaller drawers. Also, because the shelves are only attached in one back corner, they continually move back and forth. Old rfrig had two connections in the back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I purchased our LG refrigerator because the refrigerator we owned was starting to leak from the freezer into the refrigerator and with Thanksgiving nearby, we knew we had to replace it. After searching different models, we chose the LG and realized that we didn't just replace our refrigerator, but had purchased a new appliance that we absolutely love! Everything is so organized and, of course, the LED lighting makes it much easier to locate things. The quality and workmanship is supberb. There is one problem. We find ourselves walking over to our refrigerator and just looking inside for no reason other than it makes us smile. It's absolute perfection!

I wish the shelves had more places for adjustment but I was able to put a turkey in without removing one of the shelves. I love the split shelves and the crisper drawers more than expected also. I could lay down the celery instead of it half standing like in the standard fridge drawers since it's so deep. The glide N' serve is an unexpected treat. I was able to store a pie in there protected from the rest of the stuff. This is my first French door and it took a little getting used to but find it is easier now. It is very quiet and was a great purchase.

Even though moving the shelves to another level, it still does not let me have something tall. I would have to completely remove out of the fridge one of the shelves to free out some taller space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As others have pointed out, this is a 5 year refrigerator. I did purchase the extended warranty, but was a few months after it expired. Always had a whining sound from new, but don’t know if this was part of the reason it died. Unfortunately there aren’t a lot of refrigerators this size to pick from. I own all lg appliances for my home and cottage, so hoping the rest have a longer life.
