[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator on August 2, 2023. Since then, I've been without an ice-maker for almost 6 months. In January the ice maker froze. A month later a new ice maker motor was installed. It worked until July 31st and now (August 31st), I still do not have an ice maker.

I bought this refrigerator 3 years ago and it stopped cooling my food. The compressor still turns on but nothing blows into the fridge or freezer. I am heartbroken cause this fridge was so highly recommended and now it is just collecting dust in the kitchen while we have been scrambling to keep our food in coolers and lost most of our food. I am a new mom and I lost all of my pumped milk too. I will never buy a LG ever again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm pleased. The frig is roomy, lots of side door storage. The interior lighting is great. The one downside is that although there is no icemaker (which I didn't want), there were no ice cube trays included, nor is there a dedicated space for them. Fortunately I saved the trays and cube saver from my old frig, so it's working out. Another plus...so quiet.

I bought this refrigerator about a month ago. So far I am pleased with it. I love the freezer being located on the bottom. The wide drawer is very roomy. One complaint is that a jug of milk or large container of orange juice will not fit on the shelf unit, without the top hitting the glass above. There is no way to use the 3 shelves and adjust to accommodate this. These taller items can be stored in the door, but I wanted them on the lower shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator! Bottom freezer can hold so much things. Love how it’s organized in the freezer. However, I wish the bottom section on the refrigerator side was little more taller. I tried to fit milk and other drinks and they don’t fit well. You have to push up the upper shelf make it fit and the top would touch the upper shelf. If I try to make the bottom section taller, it would leave the top two shelves too low.

Have had this for about 6 years. Unfortunately 2 years ago the freezer stopped working so we just used it as a back up refrigerator. The entire refrigerator just stopped working all together. Should have lasted longer. Junk! Did have all LG products but moving away from them as nothing seems to last very long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening any door the whole refrigerator. moves forward , upon closing it "jerks" the whole fridge. Had to remove one shelf for taller items, no place to put that shelf as not enough slots to hold a shelf. Chose this fridge for size, most other were too tall.

I am so miserable right this fridge! The glue is so gross looking and you can’t clean under the glass. No how clean I keep it, it always looks gross! The ice machine in freezer barely works. So sad that this is the fridge in my kitchen. It’s embarrassing

It looks great,runs quiet,has great storage, and is very well lit.Bought extended service contract because of the way things are built now-a-days with seeming planned obsolescence. Hope it's not true. We'll see

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago, to replace a side by side. ThIs is a much more convenient with the freezer in the bottom and all fridge on top. Love the alarm that sounds, if the door is not completely closed.
