The LG brand is trustworthy. I had a problem with the compressor, the service is great. I used the manufacturer's warranty and everything came out as new.

After using this product for 2 months we noticed the seal on the right side of the door was tearing. We contacted our seller and they sent someone out who told us yes this is a design flaw by LG. We were surprised because we have many other LG products and love them all. The fridge is great for size and adaptability. Works great but you must open the right-side door first and then the left door, otherwise, the mullion will tear the seal. I would not recommend this model to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator due to the limited space I have between cabinets and the fact my old one is 21 years old and having problems. The LG fit nicely and was easy to move into place. I also have found that a gallon of milk or anything tall doesn't do well in the door storage. I did manage to get a gallon of milk on the left top shelf after I lowered it making the second shelf very short. There needs to be more available slots for adjusting shelves. So far so good with hopes it will last a long time too.
