Fridge looks great but discovered too late that the door hinges are not European style like more expensive models. This means it cannot be flush mounted in an opening sized to the installation guide specs. LG should note that this is NOT a flush fit model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As others have pointed out, this is a 5 year refrigerator. I did purchase the extended warranty, but was a few months after it expired. Always had a whining sound from new, but don’t know if this was part of the reason it died. Unfortunately there aren’t a lot of refrigerators this size to pick from. I own all lg appliances for my home and cottage, so hoping the rest have a longer life.

Bins for fruit and vegetables are convienent and nice quality. Upper shelves are easy to move and adjust to individual needs and are strong and well made. Doors do not close on their own, which is convienent when loading new groceries. Has a 'door open' alarm after door is left open too long which is easy to turn off should you need. Overall great value and quality. Picky 4 star only because: 1) Magnets unfortunatley will not stick to front doors, but will stick to sides. We like our magnets on front doors! 2) Door handles should be weighted heavier so they "feel" stronger. No problem with the handles, I just prefer a heavier weighted handle feel. So my '4 star' rating is really a 4.75 star. Recommended unit and is a good value in this price range.

My husband is tall, so he is enjoying the freezer on the bottom, with everthing else easy acess on the top. Overall very happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator 3 months ago and are glad we did. It is an excellent appliance - cold and quiet. It appears to be well insulated as it runs only occasionally unlike the one it replaced. There is plenty of storage room and shelves are easily adjustable. We are looking forward to long use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for about 7 months now. I do like the refrigerator but the space we have it in we can't open the right door all the way. That's not the fault of the fridge but ours. I don't like the shelf space at all. We had one shelf out so that we can put milk and taller bottles in fridge. I did see that some people have the milk on the door. That's ok but there still not enough room on the doors. I now have a large bottle of juice that I can't fit anywhere in fridge without removing the shelf again. Also, there isn't a designated shelf for the butter. If you put the butter on the door its so hard to get it out because the shelves on door are deep. If I had seen the fridge full of products before I purchased I'm not sure I would have bought it. I don't want to say all bad things about fridge since that's not right. It does keep things cold and I do like the big draw on the bottom of the fridge. I would recommend the fridge to people if they don't mind losing a shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited 7 months for delivery because of the pandemic. But when it first came, we were thrilled. The black stainless steel is beautiful. However, the logistics of the shelving is ridiculous. In order to fit certain taller juices, etc..., you need to lower the top shelf, but there is no way to hook in the last shelf in the bottom placement so you can utilize all the shelves. There appears to be a ridge on the side to hold the shelf, but no way in middle to hook it! Why? You either need to remove one, which is a waste, or lay your juice flat which may leak and takes up more room. It just makes no sense. Why wasn’t this flaw fixed? It’s just very irritating!
