Good quality. I’m a vitamin snob and I honestly have to admit I don’t notice a different between the quality of these and more expensive brand name.

These vitamins were the dosage I needed for my osteoporosis (5000mg, take 2 each day), to supplement my prescription.

Small and easy to swallow. I have been taking these for years. Sam’s Club has the best price too. This bottle will last me all year.

First of all these are little and so easy to take. I typically take 2 a day in the summer and take 3 a day in the winter. I feel like they help.

I was on a prescription that required me to take 5 tablets to equal this dosage. I like the gel tablets better & the fact that i only have to take 1.
