First of all these are little and so easy to take. I typically take 2 a day in the summer and take 3 a day in the winter. I feel like they help.

Good helpful hormone supplement, D³ is not a vitamin regardless of labels or what milk jug says, google and learn.

You should not take D alone, it should always be taken with K as it can cause issues with your arteries :)

This product doesn’t have any quality for Vitamin , so I had returned. Don’t purchase this product Because it’s doesn’t follow the USA food standards. And this product isn’t American product.
